Hi, this is not something theme related but make sure ALL urls are defined using https:// in config.php file and your issue should be solved after.

Hi! i have a little problem. If I open the webpage on iPad 2018 with safari browser in portrait mode( which get desktop view) i get the mobile header. This is ok, and very good. But if i open the menu, i get the desktop menu. But dont know why? i would like to get the mobile menu, like in your demos. how can i do this? because i tried everything, but it doesnt work. my bearkpoints is same like the demos, etc. Thank a lot

Hi, thank you but this is not an HTML template so HTML files are not included. You need the Opencart platform installed on your server in order to run this theme.
As for theme design, you have HTML based modules included to you can add custom HTML to your layouts.

i have opencart 3020 and journal theme 2.16.8 and i want to update opencart and update theme journal to version 3 but have a lot of problems and don’t success the upgrade but destroy the website ? what i can do to update opencart ad update theme
Hi, Journal 3 is a completely different theme, you can’t update from Journal 2, it will have to be treated as a new installation, redesign in the new admin.
Your catalog data will stay the same but the theme must be redesigned from scratch.

First of all thanks for great work.. I have a problem with search bar and I couldn’t solve it from journal panel.. when I click search icon, the input text area resizes itself and becomes a small box for both mobile and desktop. Besides in desktop version two suggestion box appear. You can check it from my site from nargiletakimi.net . Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, that’s most likely caused by a 3rd party extension, it’s placing additional markup in the search code. We’re not sure what this extension is and how it’s supposed to work, please consult with the extension developer, you may just need to add some custom css on the second span.

There’s isn’t something exactly like that unfortunately, you may have to try and work with the available modules, like the slider with thumbnails.

Guys, on the checkout page the billing address details always appear partially filled in with the city and country, this seems to represent the details of the store itself, is there a way to stop this from appearing as it may be confusing to customers..

Hi, there is no such option unfortunately, some payment / shipping methods require them to be pre-filled, that’s why the default Opencart store address is used in this case.
