1. Please make sure you’ve disabled catalog mode in Electro > Shop > Catalog Mode. When enabled, the catalog mode will remove all shopping cart features.

2. Please generate all WooCommerce pages from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create Pages to create and assign deleted WooCommerce pages.

because i have my website up and besides that i have wordpress in my localhost and the electro theme is installed.

how is it posibble that this option desappear from both, from my localhost and from my website as the same time.. i didnt do anything wrong…. localhost and my hosting plan are not connected … tell me do you have something to do with that ?.

I think you are generating custom URL to redirect git/10 to a different URL. I suggest to input the full external URL or you should add ? mark to the URL redirection rule that you’ve added.

1. The search feature used in our theme is WooCommerce’s default search which is built on WordPress’s default search. WordPress’ search is very basic and it searches only product titles and description. It does not search through attributes or SKU. You’ll have to rely on third-party plugins for advanced product search. My favourite search plugin for WooCommerce is Advanced Woo Search ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-woo-search/ ) . It returns relevant and faster search results than any other plugin I’ve used.

2. I believe you can with the advanced Woo Search.

3. The theme uses mostly hooks from WordPress and WooCommerce. It also adds few hooks. You can search them by add_action( ‘electro_ as all our hooks are preceded with electro_

4. Please add this custom CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS :

Thank you for reaching us. A 503 is a service unavailable error. Our theme does not generate it. The theme also does not perform search function. It is performed by core WordPress.

I suggest that you look up your CPU consumption and see which process is consuming resources causing 503 error. Once you’ve the process, we can try working out the reason.

1. I set Timer value by 01/30/2020 ( MM/DD/YYYY) format for ‘Deals of the Day’ carousell section in Home v2.

2. I Added this custom CSS code in My Site Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.products-carousel-with-timer .deal-countdown-timer .days { display: inline-block; }

The theme is compatible with Dokan, WCFM, WC Vendors and MultiVendor Marketplace by Webkul. We provide basic compatibility support for these vendor plugins. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The theme have been coded for best practices for speed. There are lots of factors that influence the speed of a website. Hosting configuration, plugins installed, theme, the actual content, etc. A theme plays a small role in a site’s speed.

Here are our general suggestions to speed up your website :

1. Use PHP 7+ instead of PHP 5.x. This would increase the speed by at least 20%.

2. Use caching plugins like WP Rocket or W3T Cache to cache your server output.

3. Use a CDN like cloudflare to cache your static resources like JS, CSS and deliver those files faster.

4. Optimize all your images before upload. Images make up for more than 50% of your website’s size.

5. Consider using a dedicated hosting instead of shared hosting. We recommend Digital Ocean for unmanaged hosting and WPEngine for managed hosting.
