You need increase Max File Size Upload => 128M
And you should download full version of theme, after that extract it and use file “workup_theme.zip” to install

My hosting provider advised the current upload limit is 2GB and memory limit is 120s. But I am still having issues installing the theme in WordPress.

I’m having a few issues with the theme. What link can i use in the menu for someone to access their account, or to upload their cv? Everything I have tried hits an ‘You are not allowed to access this page’ error message, regardless of if you are logged in or not. /dashboard doesn’t work either. /login takes you to a login/register page even though the user is already logged in too. I’ve also emailed support. A prompt reply would be appreciated.

I was getting email replies from support but now they seem to have stopped, so I’ve made no progress. At the moment there doesn’t seem to be anyway to access the myaccount/dashboard apart from logging in again everytime, everything else hits an error. I love the design but if its lacking in functionality i will switch to a different theme.
One question how can i set up Google job search integration with this theme? Is it even possible?

Your support do not understand the problem, your theme clearly doesn’t work. Has anyone actually got it working properly? It’s a pretty fundamental floor that you cant access the user dashboard. Only immediately after sign it. Once logged in you hit an error when trying to access it and the same when logged out. I would like to request a refund and I’ll use a different theme.
I take that back! I think it’s fixed by using the dashboard links rather than myaccount. Ideally there would be direct links to uplaod cv, job alerts etc but those links only work when logged in, if not logged it they hit an error. So setting sending everything to the dashboard is a way around it though not ideal.
I do need to work out how to implement google job search integration next though?
Update – as support have stopped emailing me back now.
Dashboard access doesn’t work if you’re not logged in. So logged out or new users still hit an error rather than a login/register page.
The checkout also doesn’t work if not registered, just says you need to be logged in, but doesn’t display anything to register.
For free listings it still requires all the billing details?
If logged in as a candidate it still allows you to purchase a job package! Surely only those logged in as an employer should be able to purchase a job package?
Can Stripe be integrated?
Can Google indexing be integrated?
I like this theme because it looks good and doesn’t require $150 worth of plugins, but at the moment it doesn’t seem to actually work. Looks good, but doesn’t function correctly.

1. Login / Register buttons at the checkout. Only Employers should be able to continue. And new registrations posting a job must only have the option to register as an Employer not as a candidate.
2. After the checkout process, the Continue Shopping button needs changing to Post a Job or redirecting to post a job page.
3. The Post a Job Page needs to display the purchase jobs credits clearer. And not show any active already posted jobs. It’s just confusing.
4. The Dashboard link still hits an error for logged out users. It should divert to a login / register page if logged out.
5. The current set up allows Candidates to purchase a job package. This should only be allowed for users logged in as Employers. A candidate trying to purchase a job package needs to be prompted that they need to register as an employer to post a job. Maybe posting the job details first then paying after job details are entered would work better?
6. Is Google job Indexing included and if not how can it be added?
7. Can Stripe be integrated?
8. For free listings it still requires all the billing details?

Also the Job Categories when posting a job don’t match the ones added in the wordpress dashboard and some of the English isn’t perfect. Like Job Apply Type should say – Application Type
-Experience is spelt incorrectly – (Experince) -Salary shows in $, i need it to be £. But also this needs to be optional, it doesn’t say optional on any of the fields. - Why is Fresh an option under Experience?!
It’s clear that this theme although it may look good from the front end, it’s not ready to be used as a working job board.
I think I’m going to have to bite the bullet write off all the work that has already been done and change themes. I would like a refund as this theme is not usable.

Create a buttons on vacancy jobs of employers jobs and it direct applicant to full details of job vacancy. Candidate will apply on same site, the CVs and details send to employers backend job-site-site, avoiding repetition of applicants filling another form

2. Use mobile Locations does not search my location, can you correct it? https is ok , dekstop ok, smartphone not found.
