There’s a problem with your new Averta system. If I login with MY envato account, I get someone elses account (kiikooo Alsubaie mmhabib11@gmail.com). That is NOT my account! And he opened tickets that he’s trying to use PRO and it’s already been assigned to someone else (MOST LIKELY ME). I can’t create an Averta account by using email address since it NEVER sends confirmation email. I need to open a new ticket but I don’t want to be tied to someone elses account!

We are thinking of buying your template and I would like to ask you a couple of questions:
1. We want to create a page which works as a product catalog for a retail company. So we want to make a showcase for the products into categories, with details and description for each product (like an eshop) but without the features of an eshop, like price, basket, checkout etc. Can this be done easily in your template?
2. We want also to categorize the products with 2 different ways, with type and with brand. Is this possible?
3. Also, we want an extended menu with the categories of products like the sample menu photo 1 & photo 2. Can we do this?
4. Lastly, we want a search with criteria. Can this be done? (sample photo 3)

However every single demo page on your website gets 0-20 via google page speed test.
Am I missing something? I also spoke to your support staff directly on your website and they completely ignored me after they told me you guys optimize for gmetrix BUT I told them you state you perform well for a NUMBER of testing sites.

Please note that google page speed score is not an ideal criteria for comparing the performance of a website. A combination of multiple criterias is a better approcah for this matter which is what gtmetrix is doing.
As an example, please check the following example which is google page speed for youtube.com (in possession of Google)

That’s probably because your logo is being inhereted from the Page Options rather the customizer. What you need to do is just try to edit your Home page and scroll down to Page Option. Once there, select the Header Setting on the left and scroll down again till you see Custom Page Logo?. Toggle that off and you will see that the logo set via the customizer shows up again. Anyway, if you couldn’t do that or it didn’t work, you can use our official support center and our staff would help you there. Here’s the link :

When importing demo sites for testing, will the content from previous installed demo site be cleaned correctly or are there any left overs that should be cleaned manually?

You can easily uninstall the imported demos and install a new one. It’s really simple. Once you import a demo, you will see an Uninstall button instead of Import below it. Click it and you’ll be prompted to confirm and once finished, you’re ready to import a new demo. Have fun,
