Hello, The theme is amazing and I am looking to purchase! Do your signup forms work? I need to create a customer account when he gives his email and then redirect him to the account page. Is that possible?
Now Sign up form is made using contact form 7. But it is good point to register as a user using contact form 7.

This time again i am contacting you regarding 2 things. one is again about the psd images, it will be so much helpful if you can provide them. i want to buy more licenses for the theme but just because psd isn’t available i am not doing so because that way it is really difficult for people like me who are not good with photoshop work. also there is some issue with the form on contact us page etc. whenever a person fills up the form it does not send any of the info written there. you may check at https://www.uncleteddy.com/contact-us/ Form when filled does not send any info at all. what it sends is the following:

there’s no portfolio/content file in theme which causing empty portfolio item page, are you aware of this?
Thanks for letting me know, we are checking this issues & update our theme soon. Updated version will be available in next week. We have not used portfolio template in our demo, That’s why we may be missing this.

Hi. I am liking the theme quite much. But facing a few issues with especially the email form thing. On the hero form (on top slide) which particular list are the users being added to? There is no selection there and also when a person adds his email there it does not go to any list. So every time we will have to shift them to a list? Other than this please provide the psd files so that the images can be created easily and quickly. The ones you have created for the demo is really good and i wish to tune it according to my requirements (like those iphone images and website ones). Thanks

Hi, Any content will not be lose if you update theme, If you have made any changes in core theme files thn that will be overwritten.
Hello. When I publish a page with my custom layout, the page doesn’t update and keeps showing the picture of the man sitting down while pointing at his lips. Please advise!
Is this an issue with WPBakery or…? On my localhost, it works fine, but when I published to live hosting, that’s when the issue appears. It’s really frustrating.

You can control HTML tag using Typography settings, otherwise you can use highlight text in content simply adding 2nd bracket {}. Now output data is attribute escaped.

Input data is validated with esc_attr() function, can you tell me which field is not allowed <br /> tag, we will be allowed this tag in next update.

We have checked <br /> tag is working fine. You do not need to add HTML tag, you can create multilple line using Enter.

There have issues with visual composer field. Normal textarea does not support all HTML tags. We will add Visual editor in next update. Updated version will be available in this week.

All type of HTML tags are not allowed in visual composer element. But you can manage icons using extra css class in VC element.

Well, I had to basically delete my entire site and restart fresh. As time is of the essence here. Where do I find the various ‘16 layouts’ and all of the design blocks? I see nothing in my admin area. I see images can be dropped, but that is about it??

You can import layout 16 layout from Appearance > Import demo data. If you have already imported data, you can change front page in Settings > Readings

Hi Theme is not working my side. When try to install all required plugins so i am getting below error.

“Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.”
I have checked this all php version like 5.6,.7.0.2,7.1 and 7.2 as well but i am getting issue.

Your server PHP version is OK, But MYSQL version is using lower version, which is not supported by some of plugins.
MySQL version will be 5.0.15 or greater or any version of MariaDB. Please ask your server provider to fixed this issue or you can change version from Cpanel
I have already checked my mysql version i am using 5.7.26 mysql version.
i have also tried to install theme our local server but getting same problem.

Let me try to explain how such third party plugins integration with premium themes work on Themeforest. We have extended license of WP Bakery plugin which allows us to use this plugin in our theme and every time an update comes, we update our theme with latest plugins so customers can update plugin.
The notice which is showing on admin screen to activate license for WP bakery which is helpful if you are willing to get automated updates of plugin and that required a paid version to you but we personally don’t recommend our customers to purchase plugin because you are already getting the latest version from us and you can update plugin easily from us.
Every time I Click “edit with WPBakery Page builder” the page just don’t work
I get the message that Safari unexpectedly drop the connection, I tried google Chrome, but it just don’t work
the plug-in basically needs update, when I try doing so from plugin page, I am getting following message”Update Failed: Update package not available”
