- I see that you have CKEditor 4 included in the live themo. Is it difficult to include version 5? Would you support me if I want to do that?
- There is no documentation on the chat application. Do you have something that is not public? Would you support me using it (ie, how to hook events with api calls)?
- Do I get access to the source code?
- Once I’ve started my development, how hard is to apply updates that you release to the template?
- I changed the language in the live demo, and I noticed components not translated (the Calendar in particular). Is it just because there are no translations for those, or is that component not ready for i18n?
- I’m not going to need most of the widgets/components, is it easy to remove unused components or modules?
- The chat app looks great, but it would be nice to have a chat popover-like component, rather than a whole page for that app. Do you have any plans on adding that?
Thanks in advance, -Javier
Hi Javier,
Sorry for the delay in response!
Here are answers to your questions:- That shouldn’t be difficult. We will surely support if you face any trouble.
- All of our apps are straight forward including the Chat app as well. For sure, if you need any guidance from our side, we will help you out.
- Yes, you will get access to full source code as given in demo along with starter templates.
- Well, applying the updates depend on the updates we release. If there is a release within the existing version (current is 4.x.x.x) then you can check the GitHub repo for the changes made. But in case, there is a completely new release like 5.x.x.x or so.. then that will introduce extra work for you.
- Yes, we have partially given the translation to just showcase the ability of multilingual but still the ability of translation of individual component depends on feature availability for that component.
- Yes, its easy to remove the widgets and components you don’t need.
- Sorry, we do not have any plan to add that as of now.
Kind Regards

I just checked your documentation and could read something somewhat surprising. You indicate that Ruby is necessary to setup the react dev environment because of sass files. It doesn’t make sense to me. Since when Ruby is necessary for compiling sass files? Are you doing something specific that really makes it necessary to have Ruby?
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Ruby is no longer required as per the current react dev env. standards.
We are going to release a complete new and advanced documentation this week which we have been working on for last few weeks.
will we get admin panel with source code so that we can modify as per our need ?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us here!
Regarding admin panel, if you are looking for an admin panel connected with backend, then thats not available with the template.
Jumbo React is only a react implementation (which is front-end only). However, you can easily build your project by developing and integrating your own REST APIs.

Hi, I want to use this react admin template in a react eCommerce platform I am building.
First, am quite impressed with your work, but it is sad to discover that there is no videos on how to work with this template.
Secondly, its good you Integrated Redux into this project, but I dont want it. You are using Redux Saga with firebase, and as someone new to Redux, am currently working with Redux Thunk. And I currently have a backend API created with NodeJS.
So how do I go about deleting the store folder and removing redux from the project and including it in my own fashion. And I also, how do I remove the firebase integration and use my backend API instead.
I want to get rid of alot of things in the project and focus only on the eCommerce dashboard and implement axios the way I understand it to talk with my backend API.
I understand the template came with a lot of features, but I really want to learn how to customize this template and get rid of superfluous features I might not really need.
This is urgent and I will appreciate any video guide or info on how to go about this or a detailed guide here. Thanks a lot.
And I would really appreciate if you could email me a version of this template with the features or customisations I want. Only the eCommerce dashboard without redux and the firebase. And I will figure out how to implement other components.
And a big shout out to the theme, your code is so well written that a junior developer like me could make sense of it.
Please help me, our company project depends on me getting and customizing this template for my team to work with and understand.
Thanks.
I will be waiting for your help. My support license is still active, i could email it to you.
Guys, why are you ignoring my comment and questions? My support is still active and this template is just there on my computer and I have work to do.
Why would you take people’s money and not give them value for their money? This template looks good, but I can’t say the same about the support and some of the codes.
Anyways, all the best but I wont be buying anything from this author, and I don’t advise anyone to do same.

Thanks for the fast response! Ill send a support request.
This theme is far from ready to be released to people.
- There are `console.log` output statements everywhere. - Localization efforts are half complete. - There is absolutely zero documentation. - There are few coding best practices put into place. Due to this, the code is very hard to follow - The code is very inconsistent in styling, spacing, and indentation. - There are Vue.js files (this is a React theme)
Buying a theme should save you time. Not cause a headache. I like the jump start this gave, there are a bit of component included, but I think most of them will have to be touched and cleaned up.
Please don’t use this as the gold standard to mimic if you are new to React.
Hello, I’m new here on the platform and not yet so familiar with web themes. I am looking for a suitable frontend theme for our React project (React version: 16.10.2 with npm) . Therefore I have a few questions:
1. We are using Bootstrap in Version 4.4.1. is this bootstrap version compatible with the version supported by this theme?
2. We are also using React-Bootstrap instead of Reactstrap for components. Can this work?
3. We use Typescript with Babel instead of ES6, which is supported by this theme. How important is this point for the integration of the theme?
4. And last but not least, is there a way to get a trial version to check compatibility before you finally buy the product?
Hi,I am interesting to buy your app but there have one pre-sale question, Can i use jumbo react on Laravel project ? If yes , how ? Thanks
Hi,
You can use the Jumbo React with Laravel by having the REST APIs implementation in Laravel and keeping UI separate in ReactJS with Jumbo React.
Let me know please if you have any further query.
The documentation from the README gets a 500 internal server error
Hi,
Please check the documentation here: http://docs.g-axon.work/jumbo-react/

May be a dumb question but after I linked firebase I can auth but it loads a 404 page and is not getting the logged in user name
Hello, Is there a mobile version as well as responsive for creating a mobile app?
Thankful!
Hi,
No, that is not available as React Native framework is the preferred way for developing mobile apps.

Your theme is not working on IE 11, please resolve the issue on urgent basis.
please update about this.
Hi,
We are sorry to the inconvenience but we replied to your message you sent via support tab.
Here is the update: Thank you for reaching out to us!
I have forwarded your request to our development team and they will certainly work on this but because of the big update they are currently working on, it could take time for them to make any necessary changes to fix this issue.
We are working on a big upgrade work for Jumbo React which includes React Hooks implementation and the core changes as well where we are removing BootStrap from the template to improve the performance and quality of the product.
We are targeting to have this updated version released around the end of January 2020.
Kind Regards
