i don’t believe I received the answer from you in 14 days 
I bought the Baby Kids theme on 2016. Now I want to update it from version 2.2 to 3.7. However when I try to do it as described in the documentation my site is not working (I can see only the menu and the page title). I cannot open a ticket to your support system as my support has expired. My question is: Is compatible the version 3 with the version 2? There is no information in the documentation and I don’t want to pay again for support to just update my theme to latest version.

Can’t install it as this message is showing: ‘The link you followed has expired.’ I have updated PHP to 7.3 and change root and domain maximum uploading file size to 64M.
