I’ve had this theme for a while and thought it was ok, but have recently noticed that the responsive menu doesn’t actually work on a tablet – nothing happens when users click the menu!
Since my support has expired, I can’t contact the vendor for help, unless I pay more money, even though this is a bug!

I’ve been using this theme for a few months now, and I am generally happy with it.
However, I am adding a new course to my Learnpress ‘academy’, and now I find… that users can only have 1 Membership level with Paid Memberships Pro? My courses are not sequential, they are separate. So if they want to follow both courses, they can only have 1 Membership level at a time, so they won’t be able to access both courses if they so choose.
I checked the AddOns for Paid Memberships Pro, and there is a Multiple Memberships Per User AddOn, but if I want to download that, I have to pay $300 for the added plugin.
This is something I would have liked to know in advance, because there are different themes/plugins available, for a lower price, that offer the same (or better!) options.
Or am I missing something? If so, please let me know. I would very much like to keep using Learnpress. Both me and my clients enjoy it.

Sorry to hear that but right now the free version of Paid Memberships Pro only provide one plan for each users. In this case, please consider setting the LearnPress Memberships, allow buy courses via both memberships and directly purchase. Users can get another courses which not in their current membership level. In the future we will make some improvements for this process too. Thanks.
