hi, I have a pre-sales question. I want to know if the deposit that the system asks can be fixed in price and not on percentage of the site. I need to let the user pay for the room at the hotel but i need to let him pay 200€ of deposit when he books through the website.

At this stage, the deposit amount can be set only as a percentage of the total price.
The problem with the fixed deposit amount is what should happen if the fixed amount is higher than the total price. For example, if the customer book a room for 2 nights for €50 per night you can’t force him to pay a deposit amount of €200.

Booking the Number of Guests & Children – Slow
On your demos, I tried the booking feature to book a room with a number of guests.
I have to use the + or – buttons, the guest number box does not allow manual number entries.
Each time I click 1x on either the + or – buttons, the list of rooms refreshes. This forces me to wait each time to just make 1 guest or child entry. If I had to enter 2 guests (adults) and 3 children, that creates an unreasonable waiting time and that will lead to a loss of potential customers because they get frustrated with the online booking.
Is there a way to force that booking feature to allow the entering of all guest numbers before it refreshes the room list?
(ie: maybe use a submit button that triggers the room list to refresh, at least then the visitor expects to wait because he submitted the guest numbers for the list to refresh??)

The guests’ selector is inspired by Airbnb and it’s a unique feature in our theme. Allowing adding numbers is a bad idea as the user can input anything else (except numbers) and this will break the request to the server.
We’ve already added a few improvements to the search page and in the upcoming update, you (the user) will be able to press the + or – button as many times as you want before displaying the search results.

Hello, I got an issue for this theme on SAFARI. The issue is about the “Room presentation” (by 3, 4 or 6) from the Home Page on a desktop. I tested also the homepage previews of Hotel Zante and they have the same issues.
It will show only one or 2 rooms, then a blank and it goes ok with the block under. I have screenshots if you want.
I don’t have any support left, but this is clearly something you can improve maybe with an update or some code as it concerns all of us.

7) Only seasonal pricing is available at this stage. Pricing based on guests’ numbers will be available in the next update.
8 ) The deposit amount can be set globally (including all the payment methods ). The deposit amount can be set as a percentage (not as a fixed price) of the total price.
9) The customer and the admin will receive only one email after the reservation.

Eagle Booking doesn’t have any SQL injection vulnerability at all as we use the standard WordPress way to hook into the Database and we are filtering any input.
Probably your issue is related to WordPress Database itself and not to our theme/plugin. In such a situation using a security plugin is suggested.

1.- I have selected the home page 2 to use it, but when using the configuration panel of zante the changes made as the activation of the top bar do not apply, are only taken into account in the home page 1, I have removed the home page, home page 3, home page 4 to see if it works, but does not apply or mount the top bar.
2.- The header of the home-page-2 is transparent, I want to put it in white as the sticky header, but I can’t see where it is.

How are the seasonal prices applied? What happens if someone book in a more expensive season? Do they get a message saying these seasons are more expensive? Does the display price change?

the seasonal price is applied/showed only on the booking page. The seasonal price can’t be applied without knowing the check-in & check-out date.
