We have a project for several car part web sites that use Woocomerce to sell second hand car parts.
The database on each site has between 52K and 250K products.
Each product has 4 custom taxonomies assigned.
Brand, Model, Family and Item type
We currently use Xforwoocommerce on another theme and would like o use your theme and search engine.
From what I’ve seen in you demo this seems possible using WOOF.
Can you confirm if so.
We also need to use the plugin Featured Image from URL (FIFU) to use CDN images in the importation (the individual images for each product are mapped to the external url and aren’t imported to WP Media).
Is your theme compatible with FIFU?
Hi! I would recommend you to consult WOOF plugin authors directly on the matter. You may need their assistance because of a huge amount of products.
We had contacted these guys for support when we realized our support service was about to expire within a day. Submited a ticket and spoke to Josh Wright. We started out with the issue and ended up providing login acces to consider investigating the issue which they took a almost a day to get back to us reqesting the info. We submited the info the next day and they have not gotten back to us with the feedback just becasue they Support susbcription had expired. They dragged the conversation knowing the support was about to expire.
You guys must be hungry for money becasue customer service isnt your main priority. If you sell a product then make sure to stand by the product. If you sell a third party plugin then make sure to provide proper documents on how to set it up and dont tell me you did becasue anyone who used WooCommerce Products Filter/WCK would know that the document is stupid.
Hi! Josh and I were looking into your case for the past hour. I understand that you might be worried about support expiration – don’t worry, we won’t require you to renew support and we’ll finish helping you with this particular issue.
We do have a lot of tickets, that’s why we try to send at least 1 ticket response in 24 hours to each ticket. This is, pretty much, the only way we can support such a big number of customers all at the same time.
Documentation for WOOF we have is meant to make it work the way it does on our demo. You wanted WOOF to look differently and included an incorrect shortcode. That’s pretty much what caused the issue.

We do have catalog mode which removes the buying option. You can also use a third-party plugin to add the “get a quote” functionality.

I’m really hoping this Theme will be my final solution; I’ve tried several options already all of which have been scrapped. I’ll be starting again for the 3rd time now!
May I ask why all previous solutions were scrapped?
First the Tyre Filter Plugin I purchased was buggy as hell and un-customisable and the Developer simply ignored support tickets or came back with sarcastic useless comments. Second time around; the build is almost finished, but now there are issues with the Theme and some of the plugins. We have isolated the Theme as being the problem, but the Developer in this case claims otherwise. Without them fixing it, we’re back to square one.

That’s correct, those plugins (WOOF, Rev. Slider) were excluded from the theme package due to license differences. I will send you a download link in the ticket.

Where is the shopping cart icon mini cart? I imported the theme and see everything I need for the header except for the shopping cart it is missing how do I activate it. I see no widget for it or what widget is it. I downloaded the plugins and see this is a woocommerce mini cart that is pricey do I have to buy this if so not right. I am not using the current page builder but that should not matter should it. I saw other mini cart plugins but why should I have to down load them.

I reinstalled the demo and the TZ Cart plugin is not there says in log file not supported.

Hi! Yes, our theme is meant to be used with Elementor. WP Bakery won’t be a good idea. You can install demo data with our demo filters and products. You should be able to use it to sell oil, no problem.

Hi! Those are different demos of the same theme. The idea behind this is that a user installs the theme on a clean WordPress site, and then chooses the demo that this user likes best. It doesn’t have any effect on the price.

Good morning, the issue is failing, it’s like it is frisked and constantly resends you to the home, you press any button and you go to the home, and if you enter wordpress and press the empty cache button that puts the theme it works again for a while until the same thing happens again. The worst thing is that I inform you of this error to solve it and your answer is that I have to pay you the renewal of your support for an error that is of the template is incredible !!, you have to solve it because you pay for a product that does not work , I had no problem with the installation and development the problem is the template can not ask me to pay them is illogical.

As I mentioned in our ticket conversation earlier, if you think that you found a bug, please send us a detailed description of the problem (screenshots are welcome) – I will gladly check if we can recreate this problem on our testing server. If the bug is confirmed, we’ll release an update with the fix in the upcoming theme update
The problem does not seem to be a bug so far. It’s most likely an issue that is not related to our theme and is related to caching on your server/site.
I don’t mind spending several hours looking into your situation, running your site on my test server to examine everything in detail, contacting your hosting support etc. but you need to be inside of an active support period for that.
You had 6 months of support with your initial purchase, but you never brought this issue up during that period.

It is possible to add 2 different dropdowns with 2 different taxonomies to the front page. The styling may need to be adjusted, but your customers are going to be able to choose either vehicles, or tires.

We use Digital Ocean as far as we have tested they are the best.
They offer you so called droplets (think of them as a configurable VMs). we use 16 GB Memory / 320 GB Disk / CentOS 7.6×64

You can try for a month and see for yourself but personally I am done trying cheaper solutions they do not pay off. I also wanted to point out the importance of using caching plugins, We use WP Super Cache, and Autoptimize (it has to be properly configured with Above the fold CSS and so on to actually work).

Thank you for reporting this issue! It will be fixed in the next update, and I also already have a temporary fix for the problem as well.
You need to add the following code to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:
.product-images-wrapper .flex-control-thumbs, .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-images .flex-control-thumbs { overflow-y: auto; overflow-x: auto; }
Those issues has been fixed in the previous update. I have cleared the cache on the demo. Please check.
