Yes it was, but the aswer was shortly “probably in next update”. So my question here was “Do you have any release date? (for next update)”. And you send standard template answer and i just commented “The last update was made four months ago.”. End of story, you do not have any ETA when this update will come, so end of story. I am sending the question here, because buyers should know that something is not working in the template, even though you are constantly working on updating all your themes, as you wrote.

I can fallback to WP 5.3.2 on my hosters enviroment. I don’t need woocommerce. As your theme is already running on PHP 7.2, there should be no big issues on using this version?

Is it possible to change the ‘About Album’ in discography to just ‘About’ as obviously most artists have many more singles than they do albums

If this is the title that you are referring to https://prnt.sc/rfcad2 (on album), the easiest way to change it is by translating this label into English language. Albums are located in the Select Core plugin, so keep in mind that you’ll need to translate it.

I will read your guide on translation and see if I can work it out.
I saw the centralised knowledge base but it’s no where near as useful as being able to read all the queries about a specific theme (as before). As an example if I search for Mixtape absolutly nothing comes up. Previously I could read the queries of others who had the mixtape theme and were therefore very likely to have similar issues to me.

Hello – When I try to update the Mixtape theme I get an error message “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
This happens after I update the main theme and then reactivate the child theme. The email Wordpress sends says “WordPress caught an error with your theme, MixtapeWP Child”
I’ve tried updating and then restoring my website backup several times so Wordpress has sent an email each time I updated the theme. The first few emails mention an error with update-core.php. The last few emails mention an error instead with themes.php.
It also says:

Please update your theme by following these steps:
Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate mixtape.zip
Extract mixtape.zip and locate the mixtape folder
Copy/Replace the contents of the mixtape folder to the /wp-content/themes/mixtape folder of your web site.
You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins.

I have an item in the Header Widget that’s getting pushed down underneath the menu instead of sitting next to it. When I look at your demos, this works as it should but not in our case. From the looks of it, he never got this resolved and moved on. I would greatly appreciate this being fixed.
BTW, I also have the theme of another name built on this same core and it works fine. Not sure why it’s an issue over here.

This is some pretty cool theme with awesome features but there is just one feature that I feel you missed – Ajax Page Load – for live radio stations so that the music doesn’t playing – I am proposing you that you add this feature.
I have no doubt it will up your number of sales more especially with all the features you already have.
Question when and how soon can you add the Ajax Page Loading Function?

If you are referring to the Amazing Artists section, they can only be opened the way it is displayed on the page.
About the releases, you can only upload the tracks on your site, there is no way to have them on your site from a different source.

Hi There, I’m having a really weird issue. What I want is to build a Wordpress page and have a single Woocommerce product page on it. I’m able to achieve this but one thing I noticed is the title section does not show the background image. I’ve set a default image for the site and I’ve also added a background image for that page but neither are showing. Just a gray background with light gray pinstripes.

I’ve deactivated all plugins besides Woocommerce and Edge CPT and still getting the same result. Hopefully you can assist me in fixing this.

The slider revolution slide on the music festival page seems to show blurry/enlarged content. On the live preview on this page the images are sharp. When loading demo content on my site, the images show fuzzy with not as crisp lines. The graphics are cut off and not in full view as they are on the demo page. Is there a reason for this and how can I fix this issue? Thank You.

Please check our instructions on how to do that manually:
On your localhost go to phpMyAdmin or any other database tool that you are using, navigate to wp_options table and find theme_options. Copy option_value content and paste it to the same place on your live site database.
After that go to your live site WordPress back end > Theme Options and hit Save Changes.

hello, I would like to ask you a couple of information: 1. I would like to be able to display different event lists on different pages. How can I do? Now I can only choose to display one list, the same, in all the pages. 2. The interaction mode of the discography gallery is nice (the name of the album is displayed when the mouse passes over the image).
