Hello! Yes, it is finally working after months of waiting, because it finally exposed the situation in the wordpress community in Portugal, where they detected the two errors that were causing problems.

The image on slider is the old one, you can change this image or remove it.
It seems that you don’t understand what I’m saying from the beginning!!!
Your template installed on empty Wordpress had problems and was not working properly. The slider wasn’t loading and it was impossible to enter the page.
I took me 5 months to have this problem solved and in my opinion its a bit strange that your support wasn’t able to find a problem that a small community of developers solved in less than 1 day.
You have a really good product, that clearly deserves a bettor effort from you in terms support. Thats my final message about this subject, once again, congrats on your theme, its a good Wordpress theme.

I’ve tried a few of the SEO plugins in your link. None of them detect images or text within the Healsoul image or headings blocks, so it makes all the SEO plugins kind of worthless.
Normally I could type in a focus keyword and it’ll show me keyword density, or number or words on page or alt tags, but since it doesn’t detect any of the Healsoul WP Bakery blocks, it doesn’t work.
Is this normal or am I experiencing a bug?
I contact Yoast about it already and they said to contact the developer of the theme.

Is there an SEO Plugin you’d recommended that is compatible with this theme?
The theme uses a lot of custom “Heading” or “Single Image” blocks, which unfortunately the Yoast and Rank Math plugins can’t detect. When I type a focus keyword into either tool, they don’t detect anything inside of the custom theme blocks for WP Bakery.

I know that you do not support the Woo-commerce plugin as it causes some problems when activated on my client’s website, so I do not activate it. But the problem lies in Booked plugin, which depends on some Woo-commerce addons that must be activated . I want to use a contact form shortcode, for example: [contact-form-7 id=”805” title=”Test”] within an Accordion item. I think I need to edit /wp-content/themes/healsoul/vc-extend/vc-templates/tm_accordion.php But I dont know what to change/add. Can you please help me, thanks.
Now when I enter [contact-form-7 id=”805” title=”Test”] inside a Accordion content it only echoes the code [contact-form-7 id=”805” title=”Test”] and not the actual contact form.

The Insight Core plugin (required) is causing a 1-2 second increase in load time on every page of every site using this theme.
+1-2 second page load times because the required Insight Core plugin causes a long load time on “POST admin-ajax.php”. You can test your own sites using gtmetrix.com and clicking on the waterfall tab.
I’ve scrolled through these comments and tested other sites. We’re all affected. Since Google will de-rank a site with 3+ second load times, this seems like a pretty crucial problem.

I wish it was that easy.
You can see in the screenshot below it’s a call for “ic_set_views” and “ic_nonce”. Both are part of the Insight Core plugin which is required for ALL of your themes.
You can also see in the screenshot it added almost 4 seconds load time. This is affecting every single customer of yours.

The support team at WP-Rocket said it may be related to a view counter within the Insight Core plugin.
I checked some other Wordpress themes that you sell that also use the Insight Core plugin and they were affected as well.
The good news, is once you’re able to fix it, every person using a ThemeMove theme should see a DRASTIC increase in page load speeds. 30-50% increase, which would be incredible!

The Insight Core plugin makes backend really really slow, front end seems to load at normal speed. I deactivated all plugins and reactivate it one by one and i found Insight Core plugin culprit. Further, I have another site where amely theme is installed which is also sufferenting from same problem lately. It was working fine until recently may be your plugin is not working properly with latest wordpress version. (Please don’t give generic solution like ‘how to increase wordpress performance’, this is not it).

Hi, Since last week we have got a big problem with loading in the backend of Wordpress. Frontend is fast, but backend it tooks for 20 / 30 seconds when we want to open something or save something.
We have searched for hours and find it comes from Insight Core plugin. When we disable it, the loading is 1 second. Our hosting provider says it makes some external connection with Godaddy?? Maybe this server or conection is broken or something?
Please can you fix this? Earlier this week we haven’t any problems with it.

If you’re experiencing 30s load times between every page in the admin dashboard, its because of this. There needs to be an option to disable this.
