Hello, having issues with my license. I also can’t seem to access the theme options. Nothing loads in the right window when clicking demo importer etc. Also can’t seem to access the forum because it’s not sending passwords.

Hi, I have bought this theme 907 creative-v2 few years ago. Only thing I want to ask is how do i remove button link from the portfolio gallery. So it will show only bigger picture without linkage. Thanks a lot for info.

Click to edit the portfolio element while editing the page your portfolio is on, then find “Hide Page Link Icon” & “UnLink Overlay” and check the boxes to hide those.

I can try to get something added to the documentation.
There is the updating process if updating from before theme version 4.0 to over 4.0 in the documentation, so if you’re updating from a version before 4.0 then make sure to check that info out.
If you’re using Envato Market plugin then you can just update from within your admin area.
I update mine manually in the admin area by deleting the current installed version and adding/activating the new version.
You could also just replace the theme folder through FTP.
May I as why you don’t want to join the support forum? Just curious.

Hello+ I have been happily using 907 Theme for years. Lately, I cannot make the notice “This theme recommends the following plugins: Contact Form 7” to Permanently Dismiss…I use Ninja Forms for my Contact Form and do not want to use Contact Form 7. When I click “dismiss this notice” it goes away temporarily, but returns when I go to another tab/page or refresh the back-end. I updated to 907 Theme v 4.3 and still have the same issue. Please advise…Thank you.

Sounds good, should only return on theme updates since there may be updates for the included plugins(page builder, slider, wbc907 core, etc).

We are thinking of buying your template and I would like to ask you a couple of questions:
1. We want to create a page which works as a product catalog for a retail company. So we want to make a showcase for the products into categories, with details and description for each product (like an eshop) but without the features of an eshop, like price, basket, checkout etc. Can this be done easily in your template?
2. We want also to categorize the products with 2 different ways, with type and with brand. Is this possible?
3. Also, we want an extended menu with the categories of products like the sample menu photo 1 & photo 2. Can we do this?
4. Lastly, we want a search with criteria. Can this be done? (sample photo 3)

The theme supports WooCommerce for shop features, not sure if that’s what you’re wanting or not.
Theme doesn’t have any mega menu option or search option like your provided images.

I have that issue that I installed the theme and wordpress at a subdomain, because I have the main domain used with the old website. I have now the subdomain ready and switch it online to the main domain. Now the problem is, that the license works only for one domain and so the subdomain counts as full main domain. That is really bad, because I have delete all from the subdomain so they dosent exists anymore but the license key is usually written by the subdomain. Is there a possibility to fix this? Because I don´t pay a nother license for the same maindomain.

Also for future reference if you need to deactivate your site before moving domains or resetting your WordPress install you can deactivate the license on the same page in your admin area that you activate the license.

I’ve changed domain and provider (decided to change my site title). I un-registered the initial domain but the purchase code won’t activate my new installation on the new host/domain…?
When I un-registered it from the first domain, I got no email with a new code or anything. The code doesn’t re-activate the first domain either – I’ve new tried completely deleting the theme from the old/unused domain but I can’t get it to activate the new domain..?

I had a client purchase this theme and I have customized for them. I can’t seem to activate it on the new domain as it says it’s already in use even though I have deactivated it on my staging domain. I purchased myself and it still won’t activate on their wordpress dashboard. do they need php 7 in order to activate and run the theme? Please advise…

No you don’t need PHP 7 installed. If you can post on the Theme’s Support Forum and include the last 4 digits of the license you’re having issues with I can check that for you.

You should be able to deactivate the license on the same page you activate it on in your WordPress admin area by clicking the “Deactivate” button.
