When I update from 3.8.4 to 3.10.3 the pages with tabs on them throw a 502 error. Can you please advise?

i am getting an extra menu option in in mobile just like others but I cant seem to get rid of it. i read this but I dont see the option “HEADER SIDEBAR”. can u please tell me how to remove this extra mobile sandwich style menu that is appearing on the right side of the website on mobile? thanks

For some reason every time I make a change to my site using UX builder and update changes my site doesn’t reflect the changes. Anyone have any idea why? I made sure memory was good, everything is up to date (php and wordpress) not sure whats causing this issue. I even deactivated all plugins to see if it helped but nothing.

I have an online store on Flatsome and I wanna duplicate some pages in other website, also with UX builder.

The problem is: If I copy the text (shorcodes) of the page, the images (“id” and “bg”) invoke the ID of the post, not the URL of the image and the other website has a different IDs on the media files.

Bug in flatsome 3.10.3, wordpress 5.3.2 woocommerce 3.9 Variation Product Images not changing when variation selected. I disabled all plugin and did not work also I changed theme and it worked.

I am getting a glitch with the front-end when logged in as admin. When I hover over the footer area, the screen goes black briefly displaying the UX Builder buttons then the page immediately reloads. It makes the website completely unusable because I cannot click any links in the footer area. I am running latest Wordpress, WooCommerce and latest Flatsome. Please help!

I’m having issues with the UX Builder not publishing correctly. It would publish a blank page when there is clearly html code generated from the UX Builder.

Can you explain how to update the links associated with the social icons in the footer of the theme? I didn’t add them but I like them. I looked in widgets and there isn’t anything there for me to update. I updated the social share links that appear at the top of the page and they are working properly. Site is www.corebionics.com

Is there a way to hide the “My Account Sidebar Menu” when viewing the My Account page on a mobile device? Or better yet, would there be a way to show the menu as a burger style menu (something collapsible)?

Is flatsome a good wordpress theme/builder for non-ecom sites, or is it just for ecom?

Even if it IS capable of doing non-ecom, would i still be better served to use something else?

I am considering purchasing this theme specifically for an ecom store, but if I can use it for other, non-ecom projects as well, that would be really cool.

However, in some situations, it is very hard to ask a client to add our profile to their business account.

The strange thing is that this works perfectly fine in one of our servers. Once I transferred the account to a different server, the Instagram stopped working right away. What could be the parameter that is restricting the instagram feed from one location and not another?

^^ this adjustment, regularly can be made in the sidebar under site-attributes. So any site can be a sub-site of an already existing site. Im using a product slider, however it keeps serving images sized 768×768 for mobile which is lowering pagespeed. Where in templates can i change this? I already set product catalog images to size 247×247 (woocommerce_thumbnail)

And you had confirmed it was a bug and would be fixed in next release. I see 2 new releases but it is the same. Not sure if it was fixed as i don’t see it in the changelog but just wanted to remind you as it’s a biggy. Thanks
