There is an issue with the Portfolio post type. The items in it are sometimes not aligned properly. One may be higher on the page than the other when you have more than one category. I used the same photo resolution for the portfolio photo. Could you look into it?

Before I buy this theme few queries:
1. Does theme is html 5 complaint ( like blog post with valid <article> tag,
headings etc by default )- As inspected the single blog post – I didn’t found any H2, no <article> tag etc

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/signflow/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 20USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION
DEMO IMPORT
1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.
3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it.
4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one.
5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
6) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
7) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.
LISTS – POST-TYPES
1) Select the file demo-list-name.xml(ex.demo-list-1.xml) and click Upload file and import.

4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.

How I can disable Hybrid Composer for post type ‘Post’ only? I don’t see any composer plugin settings or disable options per post type. My client needs a Gutenberg editor for blog posts.
Hello, I’ve tried to create a page and edit it, but the composer doesn’t seem to work. I can edit just fine in Classic mode. Nothing but the title appears on the page in Composer mode.

Try to click the top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and check “Page Editor” / “Editor”. If you do not see it please go to Appearance > Theme options > General and on bottom check “Disable Gutenberg” and try again.

Hi, please use this CSS (you can insert it into the skin.css file into the theme folder, or go to Appearance > Theme option > Customizations > CSS, or go toEdit page > CSS on top right for apply it only on the single page).

I’ve got some trouble with the Hybrid Composer plugin linked to SignFlow. My wordpress provider sent me this :

I understand your situation that you are trying to update the page once it is created but not showing an update or publish button. While investigating your case, I see that issue with the hybrid-composer plugin files. That’s the reason editor update/publish not showing.

Hi, there are multiple solutions to fix the issue:
- Recommended Go to Theme options > General and on bottom check “Disable Gutenberg” or install the plugin “Classic Editor”.
- Manually fix it by editing the file wp-content\plugins\hybrid-composer\admin\admin-style.css. On top of it replace the code “body:not(.editor-mode-classic) .edit-post-header__settings > *” with “body:not(.editor-mode-classic) .edit-post-header__settings > *:not(div)” (https://schiocco.com/shared/2019-11-14_072947.jpg)
- Update Hybrid Composer plugin by downloading the latest theme version, the plugin is inside the /inc/ theme folder.

I am new to Wordpress. I tried to install the template, import the demo page and edit them. It could function properly. After I edited the menu and the footer, I went back to the demo page again. The essential grid editor could not show on its edit page. Found in the console that says “Found 516 elements with non-unique id #_ajax_nonce:”
How should I troubleshoot this problem?
Hi, I do not know what is essential grid editor but the errors you reported are not related to the theme so I can not help you much sorry 
Anyway if the wp editor do not appear:
Try to click the top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and check “Page Editor” / “Editor”.

Problem solved after resetting WordPress with another plugin, which removed all the pages in WordPress and deactivated all other plugins. Once the essential grid plugin is activated again, I can use it without a problem. Luckily the work I’ve done was not much, so it didn’t take long to catch up on the schedule.
Not a method without pain, but worth trying if there are plugin issues. Thanks for your help!

We’re having trouble with the contact page of the Signflow theme, the Map is not loading correctly. It will load but after 2 seconds will redirect to an error page. Example: https://wim.coolman.info/contact/

This theme appears to use Flash plugin. The google chrome browser now says that Flash is “not secure”. How can we get rid of Flash for this theme?

What are the dimensions for the logo, secondary logo, retina logo and secondary retina logo? The dimensions are not listed in the documentation from what I can see.
