When I click on the “Page Builder” option to use the visual mode, it clicks through to the WP Bakery website asking us to pay … So we can’t use the builder with a visual view like we’ve done before with WP Bakery on other websites. Any other ideas?

I have tired to change the size of the logo. Changed the logo wrapper with code, didnt work. Increased the header height, nothing. The logo always stays 70×70 px regardless of the size of the logo. Also cant send a ticket, when I log in to the ticksy site, there is no ‘new ticket’ option.

With this theme I can make reservations per person with different prices in the room

Unfortunately, there isn’t option within theme options to set up different prices for room.
You can see on our demo site https://fivestar.mikado-themes.com we do have our own booking system which you can test on our demo site. You will be able to proceed the booking and the payment as it is connected with our Woocommerce checkout integration plugin, once you book it will lead you to the cart where you can proceed with the payment. In Woocommerce > Settings you will be able to check your settings for the payment to your needs. So, first you’ll need to check reservation, that could be just if there is space in that hotel https://www.screencast.com/t/2fy1JfeNHx4Z and if you pass the checking of reservation, you could make reservation and after you could go to ‘checkout now’ https://www.screencast.com/t/Ni5QYLDTRWTr We hope this is ok to understand how this process is working. When it comes to reservations, you could manually set some reserved dates on each hotel room https://www.screencast.com/t/cgJEmR4emU and in that period room won’t be available.

Our booking form only have functionality to reserve and pay at once. You can in the other hand, either change the form or you can remove it and set somewhere contact form where you will set the fields you want and when the customer fill out those fields and send the request, you will receive an email.
All our themes support popular WPML plugin for multilingual functionality. Although many of our users use free version like Polylang for example, but we can’t 100% guarantee that you will be able to translate everything with it, and you might need to create translation files manually and to upload them to your WordPress installation. This simply depends on users skills with translating themes and tools which you are familiar to work with.

In your response to my rating, you had said that you could not locate my tickets, which is quite odd, and seems to be written in the same light as the responses to my tickets; responding but not replying or addressing the issue at hand. There are 4 tickets with my issues. I had purchased the theme for a client website, but could never manage to install it even with the PHP settings that were suggested. Followed up for some time, but lost hope with the delayed responses, which were feeling as if there was no motivation to really support.
In the end I purchased another template for the client, something that was easy to install and customise, in addition to the fact that they actually responded quickly, to the point, and addressing even the minor issues in details, with followup from their end.
Now that I am past the support period, I think I have just thrown the money into something that does not simply work. Therefore, my one star rating for the theme.

Also, it is stated that main issue you were facing off is related to low resources on your server, that was causing unsuccessful import. If you are not able to use our theme on your server, and you don’t wanna boost significant php params in order to run premium theme, maybe you could consider submitting refund request for it.
