Hello, I’m very interested in your Shopify template but I need to know If you have the possibility of including a search bar that filters the products by state and city, and that can add products to the main purchase, I do not know if I can do this with the template or it is a functionality that I should look for, this setting my store I would like to know this. Anyone else experiencing extremely slow page loads when working on theme customization? Could it be the theme package size causing the issues, or do I have an isolated issue? I have tried installing theme manually, and also using the Arena app for install, both of which take forever to load.

follow up email sent. On the first response to my support ticket the reply I received was: “It multi-purpose website with many options. I see you already disable some sections on Homepage. I recommend you to delete them all to keep your data clean.”

Any change made to the website was done using the theme editor using settings. Your response does not explain the following errors causing site not to load.

Hi, I was checking the demos and I have to say that I like this theme so far. I have one question I have noticed when I want to click on a link or a button there is a underline under the text , can this underline be removed ?

Yes. You can disable it.

Pre-Purchase question: Hi, i really like this theme i think it would work great on my furniture store but i have some questions about the bundle products and the shipping estimator on the cart page for mobile devices. 1.) on the accessories tab – group products, instead of clicking the “add all to cart” button, can you individually add the quantity, variant selector, and “add to cart” button under each product similarly like it displays in the category page? 2.) the shipping estimator is not displaying on mobile devices, can this be fixed? And response rate is slow. Expected reply that we have many tickets to deal with everyday which itself shows up that how many people are facing issues. Why you people yourself dont spend time on making it error free before publishing for sale? Why purchasers have to work for it and suffer with their deadlines?

Your ticket has been responded 3 days ago, and now you came back with a new issue and comment. I guarantee that there is no product that is error free and that is even harder to avoid with a large product like Zeexo. We affirm that all problems we have noted and corrected it carefully. However if your request out of scope support service we can’t do anything.

Tons of issues and no complete documentation available for the theme.

I am in a fix with a long never ending support loop with it. What I’ve gone thru by now are:

- Add to cart notification wasn’t working - Click on cart wasn’t working to jump on cart page - Hover on cart was on never ending loading window - Number of headers had mobile view compatibility issues - Footer menu wasn’t fixed on mobile view - Search bar with icon on mobile view had issues - Weekdays had spell mistake and you cannot customize it in language

- And I just submitted another ticket that Flags / Labels on product are not working.

I wonder why this theme is launched in such an hurry and how many more issues are yet to be faced. More I am working on it, more issues are popping up.

And when being escalated on these issues, I get not a single word of sorry or feel they have any regret in publishing and selling an incomplete theme with tons of bugs.

I have installed the theme. But there is a button ” More Payment Options” on product page. I want to remove this more payment options button from my product pages. How can I do that?

It’s dynamic checkout button. You may turn it off in Sections > Product page (select right product template) > Show dynamic checkout button > Click to uncheck this option.

But if I uncheck that option, then my Buy from Paypal button also get’s invisible. I want to keep the Paypal button, but don’t want the ‘More Payment Option’ button on product page.

Sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered. We have hundreds of tickets to deal with every day, so we encourage customers to list a number of issues at once to avoid washing time on waiting. It may take time when we return to your previous requests. We also cannot have priority because the customers are equal.

Hi, will you add support for 360 images any time soon? Some Shopify themes support that?

For the rest ;-) It really looks great and considering to buy this theme.

The theme has issues with variants, the image is not changing if you change to another variant in a product. Next to that the setup is a huge task, especially if you have already products in the store.

Feeling a bit disappointed and removed the theme..

Could you share me your support ticket id? It’s help us to define what problem with your settings. If you already have products, you can import our sample data. Arena Dashboard won’t remove your store data. However, it’s may error some time with duplicate handle id.

Hello, why did support close my ticket they did not answer any of my questions. We are unable to set up theme and had to remove it from our store admin because we have no user guide on how set up the theme. Can we please get some help? thank you

The theme won’t install the image sizes as per the live demos, and support won’t email me back anymore, been ignored for 24 hours now, please reply to my emails urgently
