Hey! I bought the theme but I’m unable to import dummy/demo content. The documentation is of no help since it’s showing installation of some bizcraft theme. Please let me know where I can find WXR file ASAP?

Customized Header and Footer using ElementsKit (provided with theme) is not WMPL compatible. They are not translated when we activate them in WPML.If only the content and not the template can’t be translated it mean your theme is not WMPL compatible.
I know that you will answer me to write to Wordpress and WPML to rebuild their codes to make it more compatible with your theme errors, but if you could apply the patch yourself, it will be faster. Thanks.

Hi, there are a dozen of compilation error with your css/js framework (laravel ?). We have this kind of error in the browser inspector : DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for /wp-content/themes/blo/assets/js/popper.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
It provide a blink at the css and js loading on the page.
It look when you have retrieve libs from github projects, you have not duplicated all files need to recompile yours.
Other error, when we activate your child, it disallow the css editor of the wordpress (from customize access). Wordpress stop to apply all what we put inside (after having activated it).
Another bug that you could see on your own demo, when we reload (or click a page), we have a BIG blink effects because Elementor CSS is in conflict with your own CSS. We have to put inline all css (that provide a too big html file for SEO and mobile loading) to limit the effect but the blink stay and it’s ugly : https://wp.xpeedstudio.com/blo/home-five/
Another bug in your doc, you have forgotten to say that your child theme was REQUIRED to import datas. I have lost around 2 hours trying to configure my servers perfs to correct import time out but it was only an internal error (child required).

If all should work without the child including the demo data installation then there is a bug

It works without child theme. But WordPress has a customizer issue. If demo data are taken from the child theme. The parent theme will not get customizer data. If the parent theme will take demo data.. the child theme will not get this data.
This is not our theme issue this issue from WordPress itself.

This is only allow if you modified by your self in your own WordPress. This is not added yet to WordPress core.
yeah, it’s only if you are developer doing template. So I think it’s your side to add it, not ours. Do your developer job if you sell items.

Hi, I would like to purchase this theme but test it on a dummy site first, then uninstall and reinstall on the live site – would this be possible with one purchase? I would delete the old website so would only be using the theme on one site at a time.

Its looks like you are try to download plugin pro features which not required to use our theme.
We have everything to run our theme like demo. You dont need this features. And plugins are bundled with our theme.
