Our theme package does not include the images along with it.
If you need the pictures that we are used in the theme, then you need to purchase those image licenses separately. If interested we can send those image purchase links.

Hello, I’ve purchased the theme, but after installing and importing the demo content, “Events listing” page is empty. There is no plug-ins related to any “event” functionality. Luckily, I found the solution of my problem, but it’s confusing, because “Event Calendar” plugin is not included in the package of theme plugins.

I am not very happy with this theme for several reasons. I followed instructions exactly and the theme did not upload properly, it was pixelated and looked like a poor mobile version . Second, the set up instructions are outdated and you must manually (not automatically or easily install each plugin. Third, not all the recommended/required plugins are up-to-date or compatible with the theme. Fourth, I paid 49.99 for the product and literally less than a week later it is $39. Fifth, The customer service stopped responding to me when I asked for them to set up the theme free of charge like the demo site—as I saw that they offer this as a courtesy (probably because set up is a pain). Finally, when I asked for a refund, I still got no response. I do not recommend this theme.

Hi there, It was said that the visual composer is contained in the theme. but when I activate the visual composer wp bakery gets activated and there in is no license so I can’t use it ! am I missing something?

Your Plugins are already active. No need to enter the license key to activate the plugin files. The theme purchase code won’t work in plugin activation of the purchase code only for the theme, not for the plugins.
Note: We do not provide a license to any of the Plugins that come along with the theme. We just provide a copy of the licensed plug-in. You can just ignore that message on your dashboard. That message appears in your dashboard, you can always get the latest version of plug-in files from the link (http://themessupport.com/updated-plugin/) as we mentioned in our KB.
Kindly refer to the below KB link and video to know how to get the updated plugins.

Yes, Our theme supports multi-languages, but our theme not compatible/supported with RTL languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu, ect.,).
In default, our theme comes with the English language, you need to translate the theme into your language with pot files.
Note: Our theme is not compatible with RTL languages.
If you are running a multi-language site, you need to install the WPML plugin.
We recommend the WPML plugin for the multi-language site. Kindly note our theme supports and compatible with the WPML plugin and the plugin is not included with our theme package, you need to buy it separately.

Hi there – I was hoping you could answer a question for me. My client loves this theme and I would like to set it up for their business. The only thing that I would like to find out is if we can add in some “cart” icons to the header for when woocommerce is being used.
The only place that the cart information is right now is on the cart page. It would be great to have a cart icon in the header with (0) or (1) etc if a product has been added to the cart. Not everyone will hunt down the cart page.

Hello – A Pre Sales Question. Can the team grid shortcodes be edited? For example, I would want to use the team type 9 but would need to remove the social media icons, add a link to the single team member page (button) and possible include some custom fields. I have edited grid elements before in VC but don’t know if your ones are coded into the theme.

If you want to remove “social media icons”, You can easy to acheve this. “custom fields” options are not available in our theme. If you want, We will cusotmize it for you.
