I have some presale questions: 1. Apart from the strike throuh menu item highlighting, are there any other styles we can use? 2. The curved moving line is an optional, additional design element, I guess? We don’t have to use it and can also avoid it? 3. Do you offer a 30 days money back warranty, if we don’t like the theme? 1. Unfortunately, not. But, if you want to remove any addiotional settings that you don’t like in Segovia theme means, we’ll help you with small CSS code.
2. Yes, you can disable it from heading widget of elementor.

1. You can edit the banner area from the Templates menu. Choose the template for your home page banner from your home page edit admin link.

2. Apart from the banner area, under the contents can able to edit from the single Elementor page builder page itself.

Hi guys, thanks for the theme—like some of the others above, updates made to Home Banner are not being reflected (and I have selected Home Banner as described above) – and when I created a new banner and put the same Text HTML into it, it lost all formatting. Can you doublecheck that this part is not hard-coded somehow?
Portfolios also don’t change when updated. Is something perhaps not completely linked? I did not install WooCommerce as I do not need the store part – does this cause issues?

It was defaulting to Wordpress’ editor and edits made to the Wordpress HTML weren’t being reflected. Once I clicked on Edit with Elementor all was fixed and editable as per the rest of the site. My fault!

We’ve not used Slider Revolution for the Segovia theme banner.
Instead, it’s our custom widget made from the Elementor template.

Hey again, it’s me. Your feedback did help, however, it wasn’t quite what I was trying to get to. I wanted to edit the banners and make them my own. I love the motion and transitioning, I just need to be able to input my own content within the banner so that it can reflect that of the company. My apologies for not being a wiz.

Sorry, it didn’t help – I’m talking about the copyright area right at the bottom of the page after the footer. The bit that says ‘Proudly Powered By WordPress And Segovia By VictorThemes’

Unfortunately, your import not applied the banner selection. But that is not an issue. Please edit your home page on the Admin panel.

Hi, just bought the theme but it’s throwing up lots of errors – following the documentation, on install no ‘Appearance > Import Demo’ option appears and when you click on ‘Customize’ it’s displaying ‘Fatal error: Uncaught Error’. This is on a clean install of WP using the latest PHP.
