The WPBakery plugin has a vulnerability in version 6.3 and needs to be updated to 6.4.1. But how to do this? It came with the theme, but there’s no update possibility, except buying a license for it. Is the WPBakery plugin necessary?

I’m trying to update the theme but two plugins that need to be updated are failing to do so, they keep giving me an error:
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I’ve tried to install them manually but the files in the download seem to be the outdated ones? Could I please get the updated files so I can installed the updated plugins manually?

Unless at least one and possibly two of those tickets were from me, it doesn’t seem to be all good. You probably added those links manually and the theme does not update them. You’ll need to adjust the links accordingly or use a redirect plugin or rule to make sure all links are converted to https

after upgrading from envato toolkit to the new envato market wordpress plugin we get a lot of errors and the portfolio don’t function any more… any solution?

There’s a dedicated option for that under Appearance>Theme Options>Branding & Logo Bar
Make sure you get the logo size right, because the theme does not interfere with it.
