1. I can’t recover my password to the Theme-Fusion support system. The password reset email doesn’t come to me. I sent an email to help@theme-fusion.com yesterday, but haven’t got answer.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Yes I already applied the sidebars patch but didn’t fix it.. could you please give a link for older version of Avada about 1 – 2 month ago?
The new update also makes conflicts with a plugin called “My team showcase” and here’s what I get in debug log when I activate both together:

I just updated the fusion core and fusion builder plugins as there was an update for both. Now, when on a page or post, the page cannot be edited and is all messed up. Is this a known bug and is there a fix?
In the meantime, I had an older version of the two plugins and reinstalled them via FTP. Pages/Posts are now able to be edited again. Please update when these bugs are fixed please.
On another note, the Rev Slider needs updating as well…. and fails when updated. Deleted via FTP and tried to install the new version. Fails every time as well. Sadly this update is really full of issues it seems.

I sent a reply email. I also noticed that my portfolio items will not open in a new window now. I have it set by default to do so in the theme options as well as set to default on the portfolio item and have it set to link only. Whats the issue here as well?

As mentioned, this would be made part of the theme soon. There are several other factors that do also get accounted for such as theme improvements, ironing out bugs and additional feature request that we do need to include. Our dev team is working hard to roll out the future best of Avada as soon as possible but due to several factors being involved in this we really do not have fixed time-frame here and we would hate to disappoint our users by promising one and not living up to it.

I just updated to the new 6.2 avada and it gave me a fatal error when updating my fusion builder to v2.2 as you can see below.

Judging by the error, the problem is due to the blog element being disabled. If you go into Fusion Builder > Settings, please check that the blog element is enabled.

I am a construction hardware supplier and I want to be able to approve customer accounts so not just anyone can create one. I also would like the prices to show discounted contractor pricing when logged in which will be different than prices shown for general public. Is this possible?

Each demo has its own set of theme options. While we can import a page structure from another demo, we can not import the page styling of two demo’s together (as they have different theme options). You can only have one complete demo at a time but you can always import just the page structure/template from any other demo (without the same styling)
