Dear author, Nice theme but… one issue wae face is that in a woocommerce single detail page the thumbnails of the product gallery are on the left while we have checked thumbnails below the image in the theme options, I’ve been looking for hours to the solution but can’t think of it anymore, could this be a bug?

“images we use on our demo sites are copyrighted, and if you’d like to publish them on your site, you would need to purchase them separately. We bought most of our images on Shutterstock.”
Can you provide the flower imagery shuttertock link? I think i found the autor, but elseway i would do something new myself.

We have a lot of themes and we have unlimited access to Shutterstock so we are not keeping track of images.
There is an option to search on Shutterstock if you upload an image, so you’ll get original results for it.

Maybe you should ask for PSD files, that way you’ll have whole images and it will make the process easier for you.

Yes, you can have copyright issues since we, as a theme author purchased those images from Shutterstock, as you should do too since those images are not free.

My support is over and i don’t have any mean to contact directly the support staff, I don’t get how photoshop files could help me find the autor of those illustrations tho.
Since some designed elements are practically an integral part of the theme it would have been more convenient to have at least one link to the author of the flowery assets. I’m not pretending to have the stock photos link but atleast a reference for those png files composing the main home slider.
Now i get it, every flower is a single element. I manage to find the author on adobe stock. Considering that my support is over can i have the photoshop file? Do i have to renew support to have the photoshop file? Does it come with the right to use the eps for my brand?

Hi so i bought the theme and had it installed on my website.
Some problems :
1) The background image for the invitation card is missing, i need you to provide me with it.
2) The contact form coding = doesn’t work at all. Once the client fill up the section and sends the email this is what i receive :

3) How do you put the instagram pictures like you did on the invitation home ?

I purchased this theme in 2018, but I can’t update WPBakery Page Builder. I deleted the plug-in and then reinstalled it with Install Required Plugins. What should I do?

Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.
You can find the Instagram feed of your theme at the bottom of this page. You can use the same widget in any part of the page using a widget shortcode with the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin that comes bundled with the theme.

Hello, the theme has a conflict with the bookly plugin. When you try to add a new service in bookly, the modal pop up disappears a second later after it pop-upped. Do you have a solution for this? We tried to disable all plugins, but the conflict is still here.

I am trying to re-link the instagram account to the website. When I try to relink it never goes back to the wordpress site to lock it in, just stays on a white screen. Not sure why it won’t connect. I have tried three different browsers. I don’t want to re purchase support just for this issue.

_instagram_fields and delete them: https://bit.ly/2KGXOea
If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to: www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out. Then navigate to Elated Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.
- Also note that some web servers don’t allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

You need to replace ‘your-website.com’ with the actual website in question. If you still can’t see instagram fields, then your web server doesn’t allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

That is exactly what I did. I signed in to my hosting company, accessed it through the server and it does not show the instagram field anywhere.

Alright, if that’s the case, please try using this tested alternative – https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ it should work perfectly with all our themes and it should have more options for feed than the original Elated Instagram feed plugin. Once you set this up, you can disable and delete Elated Instagram feed plugin.
