Good product but the support system allow you to open only one support ticket, although there is 6 months left for getting support. In my opinion a joke if you buy support or additional support you should get the support which you payed for!

I have issues with Careerfy theme and I want to close and get my money back. Its not customizable as I want.
My only specific need is that the user need to log in before they can see the job. I tried multiple things but that functionality is not achievable in Careerfy. The customer support simply said that its not possible to limit the job view but can only limit Job apply. Its of no use to me without this function. Could you please initiate my refund

In debugging, I found the cause to be the WP JobSearch plugin.
(loopback requests is working correctly … wp-cron is not disable)
I’m wondering if you have a fix for this?
NOTE: I deactivated all plugins. Enabled one by one … the only one causing problems is WP JobSearch.

2) some strings seems not translatable on the single job Template, like : “Posted Date / Location / No. Vacancy / Share this Job / Save this Job / Email Job / Similar Job / Related Job
3) how can I remove “cover letter” on Apply job form? even if I put all settings on “off” this one remain and I don’t need it.
