hey guys, my slider shows only 3 posts (but it set to 12. And the tags are properly used). It happened after update to 7.1.0 from 6.
It seems like the problem is with slider autoplay. No arrows and no autoplay (parameter autoplay enabled and set to 5000). https://www.heyvaldemar.com/
I found out where is the problem. Disabling of “Static Grid (No Slider)?” helped.

hey guys, one more thing. After update to v7. Likes for posts (hearts) working not as they should. Seems they are not summing with the olds ones (from v6) or so. Is it possible to reset likes? I need it for the most popular posts carousel.

is the default custom fields which can be access by “screen option” are enable in theme?

Yes, that’s a native WordPress functionality and themes don’t disable it. Do note that they’re not automatically added to frontend in any theme. A developer would add them programmatically to the frontend.

This would mean you have installed the theme previously at some point earlier and update is pending. Make sure the theme has been activated before previewing. Once it’s activated, visit any admin page and come back to Customizer. I’ve just bought the theme and installed it on Wordpress but when I want to Preview it in the customizer, I have the following error message on a white page: “The theme has a pending update that may cause fatal errors on customizer. The static part can at top can be done with WPBakery and then there are several Post Listing elements can be used for below. I tried this one – you can use a lot of different options with WPBakery, but still this options inludes only posts from blog (not static pages) to setup Home Page

I am looking forward to buy a theme – I like both the Contentburg and the cheerup theme. My key requirement is speed. I need minimal HTML, CSS, JS and fonts to load – which one will be more fast among the two. My tests suggest cheerup is slightly faster. Please recommend in my use case.
