Hello, I am considering this template for a client but he has very specific needs which I can’t find from Demo are possible. Can you please resolve the points below for me?
- can I use a gallery like this http://themes.themegoods.com/framed/street/culture/ without the sliding effect, but with fade effect instead?
- in the same gallery type as above, can I add descriptions to individual photos, such as into lower-left corner as in fullscreen gallery?
- can I combine such layout with some global heading/description text above the gallery? The gallery could be scrolled into and occupy full space, or it could be in a limited height relative to the heading/description size.

2. Currently It doesn’t support that. We will consider to add it into the future if there are many requests from customers.
3. Yes of course you can do that using Elementor page builder.
I have reported a bug nearly 4 weeks ago through your support system and since then I sent reminders each week, but still no reply there.
Please get back to me and fix the bug, it is even the demo pages, so not related to my own content or install. The 3D room slider doesn’t work on some iOS devices, for example iphone 11 pro, chrome and safari, it just crashes the browser.
I even did some research and suggested some things that might lead to a solution or an alternative on the ticksy thread, but no reply / action whatsoever from you guys.
I hate to come here for support, but this is just bad customer service. It’s bad to not fix a rather big bug in a week and just as bad not to even reply when I ask for a status update on the issue several times.

Your hover effects are very very basic and won’t fit my needs. Will you add some one in the future?
And please let me know it’s possible to to set different galleries to different sort methods. I need galleries with random orders and galleries with manual orders.

1. The client login is using for photographer to create an account for customers so they will be able to login and approve/reject photos assign to his account.
2. Yes you can add image caption/description which will display under image in lightbox mode.
