Hi, we’ve installed woocommerce with your theme and the product which has gallery images doesn’t show featured image. it shows the first image from the gallery instead. I have been using this theme for years, I need to make changes to the site and now the WPBakery page builder is not showing at all. I can only see regular text editor with no option to change to WPBakery. I have updated the theme and all the plugins. Please help.

Thank you for your patience, apparently you have updated your WordPress to 5.5, so, please consider to update your theme and all bundled plugins (to update master slider, please first deactivate the plugin), once theme update completed you will be asked to update bundled plugins when you open your dashboard.
And also please keep full backup of your site, just in case.

Please deactivate Master Slider plugin and proceed for update, then activate back again. If that fails, you should try manual update, latest version of the plugin could be found in the main package.

We’ve been having woocommerce inventory issues with ozythemes Coiffeur Theme Essentials plugin, have deactivated all other plugins and did a troubleshoot and this plugin is causing the problem. It’s causing product inventory to automatically switch to -1 regardless of the original stock quantity, anyone else having this problem?

Apparently you are using too old version of Master Slider plugin, please consider to deactivate old plugins (if you can’t access your dashboard go wp-content/plugins directory via FTP and rename “master-slider” folder), you can get latest version of all bundled plugins with latest version of Coiffeur theme.

Hi ! I’ve bought this theme in 2015 and have version 1.8 on my Wordpress website. I’ve updated Wordpress to version 5.3.2 and visual composer doesn’t work on admin. Do I need to renew my licence of Coiffeur to have last update of WPBakery last version ? (actually WPBakery Visuel Composer is on version 4.6) Thank you !
