Hi there, this looks like a fantastic theme, but I’d like to know how easy it is to really customise the pages/footer etc, if there can be a back-to-top arrow installed and also just to check that it is possible to make the navigation bar sticky on both mobile and computer use?

We’re using Elementor builder for pages content. For the Footer we use WordPress widgets.

There is no such feature, but it can easily added with third-party plugins like Scroll Top or similar.

That sounds good, that shop is included or should I buy separated, if so… Where can I find that one? We actually run a escape room and we want to renew the whole site, but we don’t have a store yet, so in our case we urgently need the store and not so urgent the other sections of the site, you know coronavirus.

Hello! I am trying to update the theme and says something like (I translate from spanish):
The update could not be installed because some files could not be copied. Usually this is due to inconsistent file permissions. woocommerce / emails, woocommerce / emails / admin-new-order.php, woocommerce / emails / customer-processing-order.php.
I tried to desactivate those plugins, but didn’t work. What can I do? Thank you in advance

I am customizing your Escapum demo with elementor, 2 issues:
1) I inserted my gmap API key in the customizer, but in elementor can’t find WHERE enter my geo position: there is only a field for the address but not those for geographic coordinates; 2) The images inserted as slides in my revolution slider are not visible in the front-end. By editing the page with elementor, slider runs correctly and I can see my background pics; when close elementor, images are not visible anymore.

Most likely you have selected Escapium HTML template while creating a ticket, but you need to select Escapium WP theme (see screenshot https://take.ms/b8yvx )
1. You can use the Address field to enter your address as well as coordinates (see screenshot https://take.ms/3NhsL )
2. As I remember this might be caused because of third-party conflict between Slider Revolution and Bookeo plugins. Try to deactivate the Bookeo plugin and check again.

Please note that we’re using Booked plugin which includes not only booking appointments functionality, but login, profile, and other page. So, technically you replace Booked with TeamBooking plugin, but in this case it won’t be styled in the theme colors. Also we didn’t test the theme with TeamBooking plugin, so we can’t guarantee a proper work.

These are different parts of the theme and should be changed differently. For example, the “Book Now” text in Header can be changed in the Customizer, while Opening Hours is a part of widget and can be changed win Appearance > Widgets

1. We provide all images used on live demo. Depends on the number of rooms the number might be different, e.g. 20-30.
2. Yes, sure. The theme is built on Elementor page builder, so you can easily replace any content on pages.

I am very interested in this for a video game trailer party business. I love the options so far.I have a few questions: 1) is it possible to have a form appear after the ‘Book Appointments’ button is pressed? 2) is it possible for users to choose a time frame to request an appointment? The business does not have set times (unless I schedule them off) and usually is booked according to the customers needs for that specific party or event. So would a user be able to click on a date and choose a start and end time and then send to see availability? And if the hours were booked it would show N/A or grayed out where they could not choose it?

Hey Dan! Thanks so much for the info. Is this a theme customization that is simple to figure out? Or would some sort of coding be involved? If I can get the form after hitting the time setup I can have the user choose a ‘Start Time’ for the event and then choose how many hours in the form submission.
