Hello, In about a week I intend to buy a new license, for another domain. My question is am I allowed to use the files and db from my first website on second? I translated it in two different languages and made some modifications on theme files, so I want to save some time by just copying and modifying them as needed for second website. Thank you
Hi, yes of course, you just need to own as many regular licenses as you have active domains using the theme, but the content in each can be combined as needed.

Hi, you can delete comments from admin one by one or directly from database from oc_journal3_blog_comments. If you want, you can completely disable blog comments from Journal > Blog.

You may have original images that are too small. What sizes are the original images you upload? If these are big enough you have options in each module to declare dimensions as needed for your layout.

Hi! I was about to renew my support for Journal theme tonight since I ‘ve got an offer to renew for $25 before the 26 Feb 2020. When I’ve logged in to Envato it says my support just have expired, even though it still is 25 Feb 2020 time 19:27. I guess it’s something with the different timezones, but if the offer says that the price will increase from 26 Feb I think it will be the 26 Feb at my timezone. Otherwise you should be able to read something about it in the offer.

Hi, unfortunately we’re not making these changes, Envato handles that automatically and everything is based on their timezone, which is in Melbourne Australia.

Hi, that is a wave background, look in the row options, Journal > Layouts > Home…locate the row, edit (small pencil button seen when hovering over the row) and find the wave options in the background section.

Hello, I would like to sort products on product listing pages (manufacturer, category, Search) by 2 parameters – 1. date_added (which is chosen in journal admin) and 2.quantity (so that all ‘quantity=0’ items to be at the end of the listing).
Can you show me which files should be edited because I can see Journal uses custom model/product.php for example?

Hi, there is no cache timeout, cache is automatically cleared when making changes in admin or store data is modified (orders are placed, products are modified, etc).

I am updating the products using an automatic script run with a cronjob. How can I clear the cache if needed? Is there a Journal method to call when I make automatic updates and need to clear the cache? And can I selectively clear only certain cached data that was affected by the update, or just the whole cached data?
Hi, cache data is saved in system/storage/cache/journal.* files, clear those files whenever updating your store data via cron jobs.

Arrow can be changed from the relevant Catalog style used in that module.
