Hello support, beautifull template but very very slow on a first page speed checker. Score = 6 out of 100 on google page speed. Is this normal behaviour for a small webshop with 50 products ? Or do I have missed some backend settings to make the template quicker ? Thanks in advance!

The site speed is this issue is quite complicated, And moreover the Google Speed Score is so rigorous in the evaluation on the mobile layout. You can try to test with the another sites with the Google Speed Score for this. The important here, you can feel free with the speed when you test with your real device. I think this one will good for your customer.

In this Digi theme, can we update all the product datas like “details, price, size, color, etc…” use by CSV or Excel. Because we have too many product with many specifications.

Hi, is there a way to disable the ajax/sidebar cart appearing when clicking on the cart icon in the header? What I would like instead is that users get to the cart page when clicking that icon instead of opening the sidebar cart.
I want to change this because some of my users are making large orders (more than 150 products) and the sidebar cart won’t load when that many products are added to the cart. So it would be helpful to just send users to the cart page.
I didn’t find an option to disable that behavior. Can it be done making a change in the child theme?

The reason I commented here is because I have 3 different licenses of your themes and the license I signed up to your support forum with is expired so I can’t submit a ticket there.
I will need you to either tell me here which file can I modify to send users to the cart page when the click the cart (and if this can be done in the child theme) or provide me with an email to contact you privately.

Theme and support are great! I have a question – is the checkout form overridden by the theme? It’s not working well with some payments plugins like “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway”. I asked them to check and that’s what they say. The problem is that shipping details are not being transferred to the billing details form when required for debit/credit card payments and customers need to double enter their shipping details which cause big drop off on the check out page.
