If a sub menu has more than 6 or 7 items it goes off the screen and become inaccessible. You could fix this by making it scrollable, what do you think?

I am sorry but submenus were not mean to hold so many links. This is bad for the UX in the first place. Adding the scrolling would only advocating for such a bad UX practice. Just put a sidebar with custom menu widget and deeper links inside each page where you need to go deeper instead of putting all those links into a main menu.

Hi, should we be using the Gutenberg editor for your theme? We usually revert to the Classic Editor.
Also on the contact page, we would like to add
tags to separate the lines on the address and opening hours, how do we do it? You manage to do it on the demo, but I’m not sure how you have done it.

ad gutenberg: if you are using the latest version of the theme then the Gutenberg is the recommended editor.

The plugin has to support custom post types. That has nothing to do with the theme itself.

I have two suggestions:
1) Just installed the version 3 in a development environment to test and I missed the “Orient” color scheme from version 2. It’s the one I use, and using the “Custom Colors Option” does not give the same results. Will you add these schems from V2?
2) It would be great to have an element like Beautyspot Services to display other custom post types.

1.) you should be able to achieve that via custom colors, but there may be some difference in opacity and ratio between two accent colors in the header (sidebar) background compared to old version, but that would be the same if I created it as a stand-alone color scheme. You can also do some fine tuning by creating a custom scheme. Also the new version does not contain the “clouds” image in the header background, you can add it by some custom CSS though (if you copy the original image from the old version).
2.) there is an element for each other custom post type except people, that one can be added as a widget.

you need to translate the theme and all the LSVR plugins to your language, here is the tutorial. Some text strings like this one can be found in both the theme language files and in plugins’ ones, it depends on the context where it is used, but just translate it everywhere and you don’t have to worry about it.

You do not need the Pro version unless you want it for its Pro-exclusive features. However, please note that the demo content was built using the default WP block editor. So if you plan to import the demo content first and work from there, demo pages won’t work in Elementor (basically just the home page and contact page). They can be re-created in Elementor if you do it the scratch though.
Right! thank you. and final question is about the payment gateway?! in the purchase page i do not see any ad on for the payment gateway etc… i supposes the price included all the ad on! am i right or do i need extra ad on for certain functionality?!
Everything you see on the demo page is include with the theme, except for the demo images. Those are not included for copyright reasons.
Not exactly sure what do you mean by “ad on for the payment gateway”. There is no such functionality shown on the demo at all.
Hey, i have a problem just with the “blog”-pages on my website: https://www.evero.at/everokosmetik/blog/ If i click on a blog post there comes a blank page. the background-color is there (so it’s no a white-page-error). i tried to deactivate all plug-ins step by step. but the problem was already there. I tried a lot of things but it worked nothing. Please can you help me? Thanks!

there is some sort of PHP error, please activate the WP debug mode to see the message.
BTW, you are using very outdated version of the theme which is no longer supported. Please read this. I can make an exception this one time, but generally I do not provide support for older versions anymore.

just remove the contact form and import the demo one as described in the documentation.
Or just delete the contact form HTML and build your own if you don’t need it to look exactly as in the demo.

All the demo content was create via Gutenberg so you can’t edit it via WPbakery Page Builder. You need to create if from the scratch. It is just a map element, with three LSVR Feature elements and the contact form itself.

I guess you mean those redundant line breaks around some titles and text, right? Have you updated the WP to the latest version (5.3)? Have you installed any new plugins? Which editor are you using?
Yes, right. I didnt update wordpress or plugins and i didnt use any editor. How can i solve this 
Something like that wouldn’t happen without a cause. Try to deactivate all plugins except LSVR ones to see if that helps. Try to edit the page and re-insert those elements again. Make sure you are running the latest version of the theme (3.2.1). I can’t replicate the issue on my end so it must be something on your end, you just need to find out what is it.
My theme is actual. I tried disabling plugins but no solution. I didn’t edit the theme files, really. But this problem only exists on the home page, should I overwrite the theme file? Thank you for help.
Try to edit your home page and re-create elements.

I installed the theme file completely and active this thema but the problem was not solved again. I was surprised What could be the reason?
Again, try to re-create your home page. Go to admin, edit your home page, remove all elements and add them again, or create a new page, insert all elements and set it as homepage. This has nothing to do with the theme files.
I have tried many times but absolutely can not solve. Could you throw the shortcodes of the theme’s demo homepage?
Have you did it via WPBakery editor? I do not have ready to paste shortcodes for the home demo because it was built using the Gutenberg editor. But you can find the general list of shortcodes here.
However, it would be MUCH better idea to either use the default WP block editor or the Elementor plugin instead. Using the raw shortcodes is more like last-resort option.
But again, even the WPBakery works fine on my end, so there must be something wrong on your end. If you prefer working with WPBakery I would advice you to spend more time on investigating what is causing this issue. Make sure the WP and all the plugins are up to date, that you are using WPBakery 6.0.5, etc. If you haven’t had this issue few days ago, then there must be some logical explanation why it is happening now.
