can we use your booking system just as inquiry? .. as we use other booking software and cannot integrate, we would just use this as (proffesional) inquiry form ..

We have a 2-3 y/o instllallation and i had to update the wordpress version. but since the update i can’t edit the content elements in the goodlayer section anymore… When i click on “edit” the whole backend hangs up and i have to reload the page. What can i do to fix this bug?

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.

2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

4. If still doesn’t solve, please provide wp access + site url through the form in our profile page so we can check.

Hi, I have updated the theme and plug-ins in the way they indicate and I have also reactivated the plug-ins one by one, the file that is failing is: class-msp-gallery-extention.php of the new version of masterslider, I have tried Change this file to that of an old version of masterslider and it works correctly, I don’t know if that would be fine or would have to fix the most recent. That should be fine, as the file only affects the masterslider galleries :)

Hello, when I check the availability of rooms in the Hotel Availability block, the plugin shows me the available rooms but it changes the dates I entered initially with today’s dates. Can you help me to find solution for this problem. thank you

Oh got it, unfortunately, the theme doesn’t come with that. You may have to hire a coder to implement this directly.

2. We only have min night booking but it will apply throughout the site, not only for some rooms nor branches :/

Excluding #1, if I use a third party booking plugin, will it still be able to work well?

Please note that our hotel system won’t work with third party booking plugin. If you want to use third party booking plugin, you can but it will be completely independent from our system.

I am having issues with the Bookings sections, the calendar is only showing dates to be selected until July 2020, everything from August onward is in grey (not selectable) Not sure where I can change this in the settings.

That might happen if all your rooms are booked/blocked after August.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. :( To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

Hello, If I enable the multiple branches and the hotels are at different locations and if one client books more than one hotel, can they make it one booking only like a shopping cart or they have to make different bookings for different branches please? Also regarding the additional services, they are included in the booking page for clients to choose or can we make it independent services? Hello, I have a question. When checking availability from single room, can I retain that same date on the next step when the booking starts, or it has to always return me to the current date?

The other thing, SEASONAL ROOM PRICE does not work properly. It does not show me different rates on set date range

I currently own v3 of Hotel Master but I don’t see support for the latest version of WP (5.3.x) listed for it.

Do I need to purchase v4 for this and what other advatages over v3 does it offer?

In order to get it working well with WP5.3.x, I suggest you to update the theme to recent version as there’s also a fix for this in V3.11 as well.

OK I’ll update to v4. Will the new version install without any problems and keep everyting intact or should I back-up just in case? Thanks.

I suggest you to backup anyway. This is the best practice incase unexpected things happened.

However, if you didn’t modify any theme’s code before the update should be fine but if you modified, you may have to do it again.

hi, I have a pre-sales question. I want to know if the deposit that the system asks can be fixed in price and not on percentage of the site. I need to let the user pay for the room at the hotel but i need to let him pay 200€ of deposit when he books through the website.

There’s no built-in option to charge a flat fee, but we can modify a plugin file to change it :)

2. Yes, you can view all the bookings in a page in WordPress dashboard.

If for a single room with one occupancy and single room with double occupancy have different rates say 20% increase , will i be able to handle it , I couldn’t figure out that in demo.
