Hi there. I’m trying to install the revolution slider demo on my site. But when I’ve imported the demo and choosed the slider I want in the homepage editor it only says “No slides found, please add at least one Slide Template to the chosen language.”? Can you please help me fix this?

Hello, the sliders need to be imported separately, they are in the main zip folder under a folder called “Slider revolution demos”. Also, if you contact our helpdesk, you can have many other demos not visible in our demo site. Regards

Hi, I have few bug to report. Now I will try to clarify first of this bugs. You can see it for example on your main demo – open it on MOBILE (for example chrome, android). I try to explain it, but if you will not understand I can make screenshot and send it to you. Please try to click on image (for example image of the cover on albums page: https://qantumthemes.xyz/kentha/demo0/release/all-you-need/). When you try to close lightbox using “X” button (top right corner) you will see that clicking on X you click simultaneously on the other layer – on top right side – ”>” button (in your case it opens BOOKING CONTACT layer). More problems I have with this “lightbox layer bug” in my gallery (using your Gallery Multimedia WPB shortcode). When I have gallery with few images (MOBILE VIEW each one image below other) and I click one of the image (which is not first image from the top) then I cant close lightbox of the image. When I click on X button (top right corner) this click simultaneously trigger click on second layer. On second (bottom) layer is secon image so closing first image you open second image by one click (!). When you have 20 images in gallery and you will click for example in the middle of the gallery you will see that you cannot close lightbox. I hope you can understand me, found and fix this bug.
Hello sir, thanks for your notifications, we will check the lightbox plugin and eventually swap it for another. Anyway, is the first time somebody notice this fact, so we will need to run some tests.
Also, you can also disable the default plugin QT Swipebox (which is just a wrapper for the popular plugin Swipebox for jQuery) and use any alternative plugin you like, as is just a tool to open the picture and doesn’t have any particular feaature comapred to others

Thanks. I’ve disabled QT Swipebox and tried to use “Responsive Lightbox & Gallery” plugin, but with no success. Settings looks ok, but no lightbox/swipebox on page. Works with other shortcodes but not this one used in your theme (not for Kentha Multimedia Gallery, no for Kentha album releases cover image etc). So I will wait for your test result…

One more bug. It is probably conflict “QT Kentha Ajax Pageload” with slider revolution.
I use slider revolution, but when I play music and enter into album (from player) and then try to enter to other page (for example to main page) there are a lot of errors…. Still counts bugs to infinity as on this screenshot:

I’ve tried to use different settings to receive working main page but with no success – different settings on slider rev, deactivated my caching plugin, tried to set checkbox “Load this page without ajax (music stops, fix plugins compatibility issues)” on main page settings etc….
Only after I’ve deactivated “QT Kentha Ajax Pageload” plugin – page start to load correctly (but without Ajax of course).
The update will be out this week. About slider revolution, actually we know they messed up with the version 6 of the plugin. This is why we have been witht he 5.8 much longer. Now it seemed solved so we moved the bundle version to 6.1 buy if you tell me this, it seems still something is not perfect there.
Anyway, this is not our plugin and we can only let the author know.
Yes it conflicts with ajax page loading, but it shouldn’t as it was working fine until the previous version, and we cannot modify the source code of the plugin as is not our product.
So I’ll see if is something we can manage to fix by tweaking the ajax age load, but I’m not sure this is possible and will let eventually the Revo Slider author know about this.
By the way, there is a checkbox to disable ajax loading on a specific page, so you can eventually use it to disable ajax only on the home page, so the slider won’t make problems.
As side note, we added this plugin when it was working fine, but after the very latest update they did very poor upgrades that broke so many things that we will probably take it away since next theme version, and replace it with some other better working slider.
Thanks for your quick response. As I’ve wrote you above, I’ve tried to set “Load this page without ajax (music stops, fix plugins compatibility issues)” but this not worked for me. Only deactivating plugin worked. So I’m waiting for updates and I hope slider rev will works ok with Kentha because it is the best slider and have tons of possibilities… For now I’m using page without Ajax plugin.
[EDIT] Few minutes ago I’ve updated Slider Rev to the newest version 6.2.1 (26th February 2020) and still the same…
...and last one for today: sometimes (very often on mobile player view) when I click PLAY button there is strange start of the track. It means track starts and then stop for a while (100ms?) and starts again playing. It looks like player is choking 
.
My workaround for this is using tracks with 0,5sec silent on the begining of the track but this is only workaround for a while…
Do you have some ideas where is the reason?

This is incredibly sad, Please look into better ways for existing labels / artists to easy import their existing music in to the theme. We need it! we have thousands of songs since 10 years ago.
I know, we spent a year making this integration, then Beatport changed owner about 2 times, epople working at this project have been redirected, nobody answers anymore and they don’t give the access anymore to new sites.
well you know what that leaves no options for users to import music, but how about you add a soundcloud importer, all releases we have auto go on their so it’d be easy to use client id from soundcloud and just bam plop it and choose the releases, and then you add a button to auto release products on upload. I think that would be ideal but overall brother you did great on this theme.
we did that too, then soundcloud dropped that support too, just look for soundcloud API.

so on my home page, www.ravesta.com you can see everything nicely laid out, theme is good, but one thing that majorly sucks, you cannot click the artist name to go to the artist name when looking at the tracks, and you cannot view the track that you are playing, it only shows you track your playing. Will you please add a feature that lets you go to that producer/artist when you click their name thats on the tracks currently playing, imean we already link it in the page.

Hi, I couldnt find out where is the problem. I have set background of the main page (jpg image set on page settings), background of the whole site (jpg image set on the wp settings), but there is still other image which is still on the background of the main page, I couldnt find it why? It is background-image from demo content: url(/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/2L4.jpg). Where it is set?
I found it out that this background is from second layer, but why I see this second layer background instead of background I’ve set on page or wp settings…

Hi me again, how can I make the kentha nav bar sticky? I wanna be able to have the menu staying there on mobile and desktop when i scroll down. and i’ve tried various plugins but nothing does the trick.
No need for plugins sir this is a built-in featue of the theme, just test the different available headers in Appearance > Customizer > Header and choose the one you like.

There are no other options because there is only sticky option with this theme, there is no “scroll” option, so it always stays at the top of the page.

Mobile was never sticky, because the screen is small and the player is sticky too. But you can add this css

Hello! Each demo has several home pages. As you can do multiple installations in localhost or subdomain, you can always make a secondary test installation of another demo to see how is built or copy entirely some aprticular structure.
To copy a page from another installation, edit the page in plain text (no Page Builder or text editor) and paste it in the same mode on the main site. Then you can switch to Page Builder, but remember to reupload the background images and fix the item filters (like post filter categories and similar).
Thanks for info. One more question – I’ve forgot to install Places plugin before I’ve imported demo data, so I have error with post type Places. Can I import this “places” another way? It is not necessary but if possible would be fine…
Well, actually if you import them separately, they won’t be linked to the events, so is not actually going to work sir. Anyway, if you just dedicate a few minutes to understand the plugin, it won’t be hard to setup and use

Issue find and fixed: a small pagination bug was introduced in the very latest theme version, which was affecting only the new sites for a missing setting. We already updated the theme and you’ll have it available on your site in a matter of a couple of hours.
If you have the Envato Marketplace plugin installed, the automatic update will be visible there very soon.

I’ve checked out this theme a year ago but the feature(s) I was looking for was not in it; Actually still not in it, unfortunately. However, this theme is a step up from what I’m currently using. Well, 4 questions I’d appreciated answers to, so I can make up my mind on investing it.
1- Can the Tracks/Album page has a full-width layout? So far, all the demo examples I’ve seen on your site are boxed. When I say full width, like the one I already have on my site here: http://bit.ly/2vfqeIk
2- Will I be able to disable the sidebar in the blog section? I can’t stand sidebars, makes sites look old 
3- Does Kentha play nice with third-party plugins? I’m currently using and must continue using Yoast SEO, Instagram Feed, Slider Revolution, Essential Grid, W3 Total Cache.
4- How harsh is Kentha in terms of applying it/switching theme from a site that’s already running. Any mechanism/ways to apply that I make sure it doesn’t wipe out all my contents, like pages and posts?

2) Yes
3) All plugins you mentioned have no problems, except Essential Grid and Instagram Feed which, if used on certain parts of the site, may be incompatible with ajax. Now the theme has a checkbox for any page to disable thax loading, if the page contains things that are not compatible.
4) Kentha is very complex, you need to build the site from scratch but all the default contents as bloc posts and pages will be compatible with your previous theme.

Hello sir, jQuery is included by WordPress itself, is highly forbidden to change the jquery version from the theme. Also, is not the theme’s jQuery, but is the default WordPress jquery.
About speed, you can achieve an A grade performance using w3 total cache, an https domain with HTTP2 protocol and any free CDN like cloudflare.
Anyway, development rules forbid us to incorporate all the scripts and css together, so you have to manage compression on your side. This is envato product requirements.

There are plugins to update jquery but some wordpress parts may disagree witht his change and cause bugs, so we can’t really support sites with non-canonical jquery versions.
Other thing is that actually, every software has holes, but to hack any site, the biggest backdoor is always the human component, and the first hacking step is always human engineering.
This means that, if we are scared to be hacked, but we use the same password on one or more places, and for more than a month, we are automatically the weakest piece of the chanin, and hacking humans is thousands of times easier than hacking a site through jQuery.
Therefore, i wouldn’t really worry much about this, as probably anoone of us has biggest security flaws somewhere in our everiday’s life (like not clicking on the padlock to check the security SSL certificate before accessing your email, facebook and similar to be safe against DNS hijacking).
This just to say, I wouldn’t worry much for these small things.
It would be like worrying for a scratch on the car when the brake pipes can be cut and we don’t even know….

All the things you pointed out are overall valuable website inputs but, in the specific, are all things of WordPress itself, that have nothing to do with our theme and that we can’t change (by definition, as we are forbidden to modify those things per development limitations).
PRE SALES – it is possible to add an internal payment system for events (woocommerce etc.)?
Yes! The theme is fully WooCommerce compatible and we are also about to publish a new demo focused on royalty free music shop, samples and loops shop and shadow producing.
The functions are already there, you can sell both digital and classic products, no limits!
PS about events, you can link the events to any woocommerce product, the product will be added to the cart directly from the event page (just put the numeric ID as purchase link in the Event! ).
You can integrate the shop with any third party woocommerce events manager if you need to manage RSVP and seats or similar. Most of the users just send the tickets via normal post or send a digital product as ticket and use the transaction ID as confirmation at the entrance.

Hello! You can divide podcasts by categories, and link to the different categories in the menu. You can also display podcasts using shortcodes and filter the output by podcast cagegory.
