Hey. I have got a couple of.woff files in a fusion-gfonts folder that messes up my Google Insight on one of my pages. Looks like some kind of cache files. Can those be removed? And is it a way via the theme or can I delete them via ftp?

Those are icon/font files actually and not sure how they will mess up with the Google scores, however we will need to check this in details before we can provide any assistance on this.

Hi.
We set some custom avada settings for the start page of our website. But in several minutes they automatically change to the default Avada theme settings for all pages. We discovered that _fusion meta tag in the DB changes to the empty value. Have a look, please.
What could be the problem? We turned off all plugins and cron jobs.

Hello, how can I setup a maintenance/coming soon page in your theme? I’m working on client WP site and looking for that in the options of Avada Theme.

A good part of WCAG test (for accessibility) depends on how the content is created. As we have 60 demos, we have not really tested each demo for WCAG and logged their results. The demos are meant to show prowess of the theme and content can be changed as per WCAG guidelines

Hi i bought some Avada themes over time but in 6.1.2 version the mobile menu is not correctly shown. It is not respect the classic structure: menu/category/sub-category and so on. It shown menu/category neither the finger tap in the category. I astonished that the best seller for many years afford similar discomfort. We all known about the importance of the comfortable user experience specially for the use in smartphone. The issue is known in several forum on net. Please tell me 1) hav you fix the problem ? 2) how to solve for previous versions ? I hope you clarify the situation: meanwhile we bought another theme but we are happy to buy Avada again. Your explanation to the issue is not very clear to me, the mobile menu shows exactly what the desktop menu shows in our theme and works as intended, if you are not seeing this something is certainly not right. I see that you have a grandfathered support with us, please open a support ticket explaining this further along with your WP admin details and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sorry but you your words drive me to buy a support. The questione in clear: the mobile menu not works with sub-menu. Shows only the first level of the menu’s voices but not the deeper levels.. When you tap the voice of the menu nothing happen. Please i believe an answer is deserved in respect to the shoppings in course of the years. I refer at 6.1.2. version.Many thanks

Please remove unnecessary codes from the theme day by day avada is becoming a huge issue for developers to serve it as mobile friendly theme. No doubt its a good theme but please make it mobile friendly. Google page speed score is very low after extre optimisation.

Hello, I have always worked with the WPBakery Page Builder. Basically I like your theme. What’s not good is that you don’t support the WPBakery Page Builder. So no WPBakery Page Builder elements are offered.
Because now I have to change the page content that was created in WPBakery Page Builder in your Fusion Builder. This is really very bad. Especially as I find the WPBakery Page Builder really more comfortable!

That depends on how you are setting up the button itself, if you are using Blog Element you can disable it from the element itself => https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuA1oeg however if you are setting it from Settings > Reading please disable it from Avada > Theme Options > Blog > Blog Meta => https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuKlZRm
