When will your theme be compatible with the Gutenberg editor? Indeed, we don’t see the shortcodes with Gutenberg. You are going to tell me to use WPbakery if I want to know the shortcodes but WPbakery works only with the backend version. The frontend version doesn’t work well because when you add elements you have to update to see the changes, which is really bad… And of course I don’t want to go back to the classic publisher at all. If a Gutenberg was created, it’s not to go back to the old one.

Hi, I just updated Spa Lab theme and all my website changed. I installed and updated all the recommended pluggings but still doesn’t appear correctly. All my site shows html codes everywhere. I allso try to change the colour of the theme and the skin or appearance but it doesn´t give me the option to do it (I used to have the option to change that in: “SpaLab Option”, but now it desapeard).
It is not normal that just by updating the theme my website stops working in this exaggerated way
Please, let me know how can I solve this situation.

You have used our old version(3.2) If you want to use version 4.5, You need to rebuild your site again because in this version we removed our inbuilt theme shortcode builder and used “Visual Composer” plugin to create site content.

You got my user and pass for ftp and WP, you solved nothing in 3 days. Was a job for 5 minutes…... I solved your problem by myself, I really can’t stay days to wait for you to fix it. When I buy something I’d like to use it in that moment not after 1 week. Try to make an update and put that **g Dummy Button or take this option from your videos, because you show us you sell something, we trust in you and after this we see is something else with no Dummy Content Button in SPALAB Settings And solve your problems with your website, we can’t access any link you gave us for support as I told you.
I can give you 5 for templates but for support….,, 1 is too much.
I don’t give you any star, when you put that Demo Content Button from your videos I’ll give 5….
For those people in my situation, I uploaded a file called “extensions” you can find it here: http://canaleromania.com/media/extensions.zip
So, install the theme and activate, install all plugins asked for this theme and activate and than unzip extensions.zip in ../wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/extensions. Refresh your Dashboard, go on Unyson and Activate – Backup & Demo Content. Click on Backup & Demo Content and after this click, you can find in Tools – Demo Content Install. Click on it and you will find Demo Content for this Theme. Good Luck.
