Hi, I am trying to update the Native Theme but am having an issue. Somewhere during the recent series of updates to Wordpress, something has become broken in the background.
Our website is working but I am not able to export the settings, so that I can then update the Native Theme, while retaining all the background formats and page settings.
Could you please help?

The issue is caused by up to date WordPress and deprecated theme version.
Please check the file wp-content\themes\dfd-native\inc\cleanup.php find line:
add_filter('style_loader_tag', 'dfd_clean_style_tag');
Change it to:
if(!is_admin()) {
add_filter('style_loader_tag', 'dfd_clean_style_tag');
}
It will fix the backend.

P.S: in relation to TimBrosko question below, our WPBakery Page Builder was somehow not working either and we were not able to edit our page. After the above fix, the editor is working fine and we are able to make edits as before. Hope this helps. Regards.
The fix was to fix backend to export theme options. You need to update the theme up to the latest version to fix the compatibility issues. Please check http://nativewptheme.net/support/first-steps/native-theme-update.

Maps are always in the same (http://nativewptheme.net/shortcodes/google-map/) position, similar to your sample page. The locations I have set do not appear on the map. I entered the required API key. The map appears, but the location I have set does not come. Please urgent help.

If the key is added please make sure you have enabled Javascript API, Geocoding API for the map, added billing details and link to your set in API settings, all these settings can be checked in Google API console. Please go to the page with the map and open the console in the browser, you will see the error with the link to google console documentation. Please make sure you have added the address in one line.

Hi, I have the following errors on Icon Manager and Custom fonts after the demo import. Can you help?
Icon Manager Note: Supports zip archives generated on https://icomoon.io website only selection.json or SVG file not found. Was not able to create the necessary config files
Custom fonts Note: You have to download the font-face.zip archive. Pay your attention, that the archive has to contain the font-face files itself, and not the subfolders (E.g.: font-face.zip/your-font-face.ttf, font-face.zip/your-font-face.eot, font-face.zip/your-font-face.woff etc ). They’ll be extracted and assigned automatically. ). Please check the instruction how to create correct font archive. Your must download .zip format file

Hi, I wanted to reimport the demo and the documentation said I need to delete the menu first so I did and the menu has never been re-created when I reimported it again. I have tried to remove the whole site and reinstalled the theme and it is still the same. Please help.
Also, there are 2 errors showing in Icon Manager and Custom Fonts. How to fix?

The menu is included to 26_home so the menu should be reimported if you install main content. Please contact us via ticket and we’ll provide you with the menu file.

Yes, I have realized I needed to import the 26_home first. For the first time, I ran forever so I closed the page. Then I ran the xml to import it and had this error “Failed to import Media “Montserrat-Black” but others were okay. After that, I have found some missing pages and then I reran the importer again and still the same. For example, https://yas.com.hk/partners/gallery-grid-boxed missing the banner photo and https://yas.com.hk/pages/about-me-1 404 error. Can you shed some light?
You already have images imported and the Wordpress Importer cannot recognize images(media) ID correctly and place another image instead or does not add image at all. You need to set the image manually.

This is a huge theme! Thank you guys! The only problem I have is when I set my header in “Style 8” or “Style 9” the sub menu dropdown doesn’t work. Any idea? Thank you!

The header styles you are referring do not suppose to have subitems. You may check http://nativewptheme.net/home/ninth-header-example/ and http://nativewptheme.net/home/eighth-header-example/, the menu is the same as on page http://nativewptheme.net/pages/ but in header style 8 and 9 subitems are not shown.

1 There is no such option in the theme.
2 The size is calculated according to the device width. To enlarge the image you need to click on the zoom icon.

Hello, The WP Bakery – visual composer does not work with the theme anymore.
I contacted WP Bakery and they have confirmed that there is nothing on their side that needs to happen.
They explained that it will need to be your team that debugs.

I liked the theme and bought it. I’m very regretful. The theme is constantly breaking. Theme settings page appears erratically and is not managed. Also, the WPBakery Page plugin has stopped working and seems to be requesting activation.
Have you made things so difficult for us to purchase an installation service? I am very curious about this.

In my site, redux extension loads CSS under the wrong path. The console error is the following. The part of the path /www/ should be omitted. How can this be fixed?

Hello Guys! We had an issue with the wordpress update, from 5.2 it was was updated to 5.3.2
Dashboard is not working right ( Core of DFT and the theme option menu ) The Visual Composer doesn’t work either ( Not even with the classic editor plugin. Is there a DFT theme update available for the WP 5.3.
hello Right now most of my products have only just one image, so the hover on shows a “No image selected” message. Is there any way to just show the same image on hover if no second image exists?

Hi Guys, My Agency bought this theme, and everything were working perfect. Something happends after an auto update, and seems to have a problem with some funtionalities. We update Wordpress, update the theme, and something is happening with cleanup.php on line 60 and 61. (The problems only affects admin area)

I have fixed the z-index myself for the homepage issue but for some reason the Team Member items shadow still don’t display properly on mobile (or when making the page look like on mobile on resizing). Thank you for taking a look.
