J’ai créé dans la rubrique “articles” des catégories et sous-catégories.
Exemple : Catégorie 1 Sous-catégorie 1-1 Sous-catégorie 1-2 Sous-catégorie 1-3 Catégorie 2 Sous-catégorie 2-1 Sous-catégorie 2-2 Sous-catégorie 2-3
Quand je suis sur la page Catégorie 1 ou une de ses sous-catégories, je souhaite faire apparaître dans la bare latérale, le widget “Catégories” et afficher uniquement Catégorie 1 Sous-catégorie 1-1 Sous-catégorie 1-2 Sous-catégorie 1-3

Hi, this is a presale inquiry. Sorry by advance for my english. I would like to know if the theme allows to fully customize the archive-product.php page of Woocommerce using the included builder ? My concern is to have avaibility to introduce banners, call to action, highlight products in the grid to make these pages more attractive.
Seing your demos it seems to me that there is somethin more or less similar but would appreciate more precise information.

Enfold is officially compatible with WooCommerce Bookings and WooCommerce Bookings and Appointments. We have not tested Enfold with mentioned plugins. To be on the safe side, could you please contact plugin authors and ask them if they had any experience with Enfold?

on our site www.nurtur.de we are offering travel packages. There are lot of list of products. So far everything is ok.
But by moving the mouse over the product-grid, the texts are disappearing and it is showed an empty picture. We want to get a transparent button “Details” (see here—> https://ibb.co/MSy81Vn) by hovering these product-grids. Who can realize this for us? The solution should be done with the plugin “Code Snippets” because in future updates, the modification should be not programmed again.
Hello, I don’t an Enfold theme, but hopefully you could help me. My client wants to rebuild his website using different theme. Is there a way I could remove all the existing shortocodes generated by the Enfold theme?
Very cool template. I use it by long time. But with a site i have a big problem with the dynamic_avia folder because, inside it, files are generated every time the site is viewed. This folder has weighed over 70 GB!!!! I tried to disable plugins and more but nothing. Can you give me a solution?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.7.3 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and then add following code to bottom of Functions.php file in Appearance > Editorfunction my_custom_merged_files_unique_id( $uniqid, $file_type, $data, $enqueued, $file_group_name, $conditions )

Hello! I wanted to explain a problem that I was having. I had updated your theme and it was giving me problems with the Polylang plugin, it doesn’t allow me to assign the languages with the updated theme. ENFOLD – POOR OR NON-EXISTENT SUPPORT I am a Level 4 Collector in Themeforest. I have been with Themeforest for 7 years. I am an experienced web developer with over 150 websites. I had four copies of Enfold. I have not used any as I did not find the design attractive enough. I purchased a fifth copy recently to get support for a recently built website. I am truly disappointed with the poor quality of support. The support technician(s) do not read the ticket nor do they make an honest attempt to understand what the issue is. They are very happy to throw the blame on anything other than the theme itself. After a week of going back and forth, I am at my wit’s end. I am at a stage where I will have to dump the theme and re-develop the website with a decent theme – at my cost. If you are thinking of buying the theme, please consider and ask some hard questions about the quality of support. It would be in your interest. Mohan

I am working with Enfold almost everyday for 7 years. I have worked on thousands of websites till date. I am sure this is not a theme related issue
I am confident with my replies and support I provide. I have already pointed out the causes of the issues you are having in my very first reply and elaborated in my second reply. I requested more info in my last reply. Once you provide them, we will find which plugin is causing the issue and point it out to you.
Also, you do not need to purchase new licenses when you need support, you can simply extend your support if you are not going to be needing additional licenses.

When are you going to fix that “Out of Stock Products” are still showing at Enfold product grid and masonry – when Woo inventory is set to no show? Works fine when using default Woocommerce Sho ! This issue makes the design very limited when using Enfold as Shop. Any short codes while we are waiting?

Which version of Enfold are you using? If not the latest 4.7.3, please update the theme to the latest version – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.
I just double checked on my local installation however out of stock products are not displayed in both Product Grid and Masonry element when they are hidden in WooCommerce settings.

They are having a problem with the LayerSlider. We are receiving the following message:
“LayerSlider encountered a problem while it tried to show your slider. Please make sure that you’ve used the right shortcode or method to insert the slider, and check if the corresponding slider exists and it wasn’t deleted previously.”
They said that the slider was not included in the package.
Please help.
