Hi, you’d have to turn off the carousel mode in that Products module. You’ll find the option inside the module.

Hello, I’m using Journal 3. I added a block module at the top on the blog layout but it is not showing up on my website even after saving and clearing the cache. I do not want the block module showing up on the individual blog posts (only on the main blog home page when a customer clicks on the blog link) so I created a separate layout for blog posts and those work fine. Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to do this?

Another blog question. How do I show the blog posts in list view instead of grid view? I can’t seem to find a setting to turn it on/off.
I just found it in journal/skins/blog 
When I click in blog posts button “See More” I get ” Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function rewritePost() on null”

Hi, I like your theme but before I will purchase I tested it and found an issue with the price filter. I choosed a category:
https://www.journal-theme.com/5/index.php?route=product/category&path=69_33There are two cameras, $122 and $98 The price filter is (automagicalli) $ 80-100 and the system shows all the items. (One of the camera’s price is higher but show it)
When I change the price filter $81-100 the $122 priced shows the other not.
Hi, our demo may not have tax class applied to filter module, but you can do that on your store from the Filter module, so product price will use your tax class defined in Opencart.

Hi, yes it supports any language in the storefront, you can see RTL activated in Demo 1.
The custom admin panel is only available in English though, but the storefront your customers see fully supports any language.

Unfortunately there aren’t conditions based on language so you can’t show different menu items based on that. The menu name is translatable but the actual link and other options aren’t.

That’s also not possible unfortunately, the only thing that can go above the header is the Header Notice module, and this only works with the Classic and Mega headers.

It’s not possible with built-in tools unfortunately, the menus only support pre-defined menu modules. Please consult with a developer to see if it’s possible to modify the code to accommodate your requirements.

A we struggle with testing Journal 3 and upgrading our shop, because we cannot integrate with Google Maps Api – for address auto-completion.
We added it to Journal 2 successfully, but cannot with Journal 3. https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/jsThis is our new project and we wanted to test Journal 3, before migrating our working one, but Journal 3 JS seems to bug Google Maps Api and Autocomplete just brakes – it works, but after you click on another field – the imputed address deletes itself.
Can you clear this for us?

Hi! In journal 3 when you add to cart a product appears a popup and disappears very very fast. The same when you add a product to wishlist, the notice that you have to register disappears immediately. Please, where can i give more time to the popup?? Thanks!! Great job!!

I just installed Journal with theme nr 1 on new Opencart. But it is so slow loading. The startpage takes almost 10 seconds to load. the product pages takes 5 seconds. The default layout and other themes from Themeforest is so much faster, it takes only abourt a second for them to load. I have a fast server. what can I do to cut respond time?

i use latest version and when i add product in cart and refresh in 2-3 times then cart is empty and also when i click on checkout button in popup then show product in cart but when i click on View cart button then cart is empty why ? how to fix this problem ?

We have an opencart store with thema journal in version 2.16.8 translated to Brazilian Portuguese, buying thema in version 3 it would be possible to update it without losing the layout that was configured with the above version
Hi, unfortunately no, Journal 3 is a completely different theme, not updatable from Journal 2. You’ll have to redesign the store in the new admin panel.
