Hi I need to build a demo site on my domain before I can move it to the final domain. It says here one purchase for each domain. I understand this, can I move/change the domain when it is ready to bet transferred to the final domain, is this possible?

Eagle Booking is provided as a bundled plugin with the Zante theme. You can use/modify it only by using our theme and is required one purchase for each domain. It is not really difficult to add a new payment gateway however we do not provide any support regarding customizations.

yes, you can do that without any problem. However, I suggest you to install the theme and build the website in a subfolder of the same domain. For example yourwebsite.com/new/ so that you can move it easily under the main domain.

I see that it says if you don’t want to use the booking theme that you can integrate with Tripadvisor, airbnb…..
Would you be able to use both? e.g. your booking system as well as the others?

1. No, our booking system can’t be synced with any external booking system at this stage.
2. No, this is only a hotel theme.

hi team i just buy the theme and friends, when I installed demo # 3 a list of requirements appears that is php 7.3 and “max_execution_time = value 600” This default php value comes in “30” every time I want to change to 600 my website is broken .. these essential requirements? as I recently bought the theme and I can’t worki have questions

probably if you are hosting your website on shared hosting, your hosting provider is not allowing you to change the max_execution_time. The value 600 of the max_execution_time is required only to import our demo content.

After purchasing the theme, i installed it. Activated plugins and then imported the 4th demo design. The demo data import process is stuck on 99%.

Regarding the payment gateway, do you have in mind to develop this ability? The core of the Eagle Booking is open source?If yes how dificult is to alter them regarding that it will be done from a senior developer?
Booking request means that the customer and the admin will receive an email including the booking details. The room will be still available until the admin changes the status from “pending” to “completed”.
Deposit amount means that you can set a % of the total price that the customer has to pay on checkout.

The theme is nice but with a few bugs, mostly css issues, but support is bad. I presented a few bugs that come along with the theme and all i could get was “will be fixed in the next update”. But what do you do until then? Stay with the bugs? What is the point of offering support if you don’t fix even your own bugs. Very disappointed.

you opened a ticket yesterday reporting 2 small bugs/issues that are occurred by our latest major update that released 2 days ago. I told you that we have detected and we have fixed the issue and we are going to release a new bugfix update in a few days to fix all the reported bugs by you and our other customers.
The bugs (CSS issues) were related to our core booking plugin and we were not able to fix them on your site as you were expecting. I’m sorry to say that but this is a WordPress Theme and things are not working as you expect, is not always possible to get any issue fixed on your site in a few minutes.
After 5 hours from my reply, you leave this unfair review to force us to fix the issue on your site.
In case of interest, the bugs have been already fixed.

1. You NEVER said it was a plugin issue and not a theme issue. 2. You NEVER said a few hours, you said in a FEW days. That could have meant 1,2 – 10 days. This not something you tell someone who asked for support on an item. My review was strictly based on the interaction we had on the support ticket and i will not change it.
