With woocommerce installed, it just overrides the entire booking procedure provided by you. How do I revert to using your procedure while receiving payments via woocommerce?

Hello, Is it possible with this theme to have daily discounted prices. We charge our customers a lower rate the more days they order
1 Day – £20 per day 2 Days – £18.50 per day 3 Days -£15.00 per day and so on…
I see you have this for 7 days in a row and 30 days in a row. But what about daily discount.

You can do this only for 7d+ bookings and 30d+ bookings.
It would be a very complex code to implement to use custom price by number of days. I don’t see how this could be done in the theme.

Hi. Just purchased the theme “WP Rentals” and installed and updated all required plugins. Before and after importing Demo-Stuff “Boat Rental”, this failure message is showing on each site on top:

Hi svendec, Thank you for buying the theme. Seems to be a warning related to PHP 7.4 and Redux framwework which we integrated to manage wp-admin -> theme options easier. Warnings in general are not affecting functionality and you can set the theme without problems. Hi, a couple of pre-sales questions.
- With the availability calendar, is it possible to let the user select their preferred dates by clicking on the calendar, and then submit a booking request with this information? (instead of having to manually input their dates as shown in the demo)
- Does a property’s availability calendar automatically update when a booking is made, or does this have to be updated manually for each property?
- Can someone submit a property enquiry without registering?

Hi Tomi, you have to cancel existing bookings before you add new ones. Go to “My Bookings” in user dashboard to cancel bookings.

One more question, for example if I book period manually (3.3.2020. – 5.3.2020.) and then I book (6.3.2020. – 8.3.2020.) I exepect for period 3.3. – 8.3. to be booked and unavailable for reservation, but if I try to book from user interface it is possible to book period 5.3. – 6.3.
How to disable that “between” day?

You must put correctly the check-out and check-in so you don’t leave open a night:
3-6 and 6-8
or 3-5 and 5-8

Hi, this is a pre-sales question.
I love all the booking functionalities of this theme. I’ll be initially be using it only for my own listings but it’s great that it has the option to get people to publish their own properties too.
I’d like to confirm a few things before purchasing:
1. For each listing, can I have additional services/products to include in the booking for people to select and purchase? Eg. “include breakfast for $XX” or “Include XYZ tour for $ZZ per person”
2. I’d like to have a “referrals” section. So people can share their link and get a referral discount. Similar to what’s here https://getaway.house/refer
3. Can I sell electronic gift cards with credit towards booking? So people can purchase online and send the gift via email or print it out. See reference here https://getaway.house/gift
4. Are Woocommerce and any WC necessary add-ons included with the theme?

You can use the theme as single owner and let others add listings when you’re ready.
1. Yes. See here how https://help.wprentals.org/article/1-20-add-extra-options-in-booking-form/ and test on our demo if you wish. This is available for test.
2. We don’t have referral. You can just redirect a booking form to a 3rd party and add any link you wish in that section. https://help.wprentals.org/article/add-a-redirect-url-instead-of-book-now-button/
3. Like coupons, I imagine. We don’t have this system.
4. WooCommerce is used in our theme just to process a payment. The rest of the features are features coded by us and do not have a connection to woo commerce add-ons.
So free Woo version is enough. If you need to work with merchants that usually are paid for woocommece, you need to see the fees for those merchants. But only if it’s the case. Hi, just one quick question. The hourly booking is extremely confusing. Do you plan on changing the format to just simple picking up the date and time? (instead of this current way of dragging the mouse)? The demo is very well built but the part of picking of date and time is badly designed. It would be nice to just select through a drop down menu the date(calendar) and time(hours). If the answer is no, can you give me quotation if i were to purchase the theme and have this modification. Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback. We have already submitted this feature request to the development team who has built the hourly calendar. We will wait to see if they will release this with an update.
To re-do the entire hourly implementation with a different script means redoing the entire work based on a new script we would have to study first of all to be sure it can work. When we find a new script we can work with, and re-do the entire development, we have to consider that all current clients will have to update their listings if they use now hourly calendar as it is. And bookings already made won’t be valid. It will create a problem for existing clients for sure.
So it’s a complex process. We hope the existing script will be updated to support the selector as you describe as we understand it’s a useful feature to have.
It’s not in our power to confirm the update will take place and if yes, that it will work as you wish. So please consider our theme only if the existing features can work for you as they are now. Custom development, I wouldn’t recommend as it may end up to be too expensive to implement in order to worth it.

What if I want to book hours from Sunday to Thursday. It seems you can only go maximum Monday to Friday for hourlys. What If I want to book from Sunday 2pm to Wednesday 9am. It doesn’t seem possible because once you click the arrows to change the dates it forgets what you previously selected
Hi Oxeem, I understand. The calendar script we use works as you describe. You can send separate bookings for the days after changing the arrows. Will submit this request to the script developer and if they offer an update we will implement for sure. But it’s the best we can do at the moment. Thank you

Is there a way to send customers information about what thay are bookig?: name of the listing, period, and some fields about the reservation… just now with woocommerce customers just get that thay have paid an invoice, but there is no data at all about what thay have paid.

Woocommerce process a payment, but it is not reading the bookings. So it will include only the booking ID information (what user pays for)
The notifications about booking confirmed are sent from the theme when booking is confirmed. https://help.wprentals.org/article/theme-email-notifications/The details of the booking (when booking takes place, name of the listing, renter information) are visible in user dashboard.
