Hi Averta! Element Pack is still on Version 3.2.2, but the latest version is 4.6.0. I constantly get a notification in Phlox update section for Element Pack, but when I click on update now, New updates are available for Element Pack is still there.
Hi there, the latest version on the market is 4.5.0 and we released that. in fact I think they have to put the latest version as a downloadable version on codecanyon Market. Which I think they do this with a little delay. By the way we contact them and ask them to do that.

Guys, I’ve requested to update bundled plugins ~6 months ago and most of them still outdated, looks like you aren’t supporting your customers and all. Is it a big deal to re-upload and archive and include new versions? It can take ~10 mins max… Don’t understand why you are ignoring on such requests and why I need you to ask to do it, you should do it from your side and monitor all changes.

We are working on our major update and it will be released next week, we wanted to release the bundle plugins layest version with that. I am using Phlox Premium theme. I am facing problems with Elementor page builder from the beginning. At first it wasn’t happening so often, but know it’s kind unbearable. It’s very difficult to do simple and easy things.
The problem is, when I move or copy some element in Elementor it just disappears. I can’t see it in Page builder mode, but if you press update button and go live it will be there. It’s very hard to work with that issue.

Dear milensavic, This issue is most probably a conflict between the Page Animation of the theme and the Entrance Animation of the widgets on the page.
A simple workaround for this is to disable the Page Animation in the Appearance -> Customizer -> General -> Page Animation and Preloading. But the good news is that this issue is already fixed in the new upcoming update of the theme. We are doing our best to release it as soon as possible. Regarding the trouble for our support center, please note that there was a minor temporary issue related to our servers which will be fixed in the next couple of hours. After that everything will be back to normal.

I’m very dissapointed, I bought the license code, but I can only install once…. This is a site builder and it’s not able to use as builder template on different sites? whats’ the value of buying this template if I cannot build multiple sites on multiple wp installations? :/
Hi there , I am sorry that you are being disappointed, but this is based on Themeforest license roles and you can only use on 1 website. here is more details https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
By the way I recommend you to try Phlox at first and if you like it and you are an agency or you have several websites then contact us on our live chat and ask for bulk purchase discount. I also have to say that a big update is coming and there is some major improvements on PHlox. If you are a web agency then our white label option also is good for you. First thing first lets see whether you like Phlox or not
