The Slider Revolution works fine on the Home page but it doesn’t work on the pages of the rooms. It just shows the first image and a small part of the second image.
We run Wordpress 5.6.2 and Slider Revolution 6.2.1. Should we buy a Slider Revolution subscription to fix this?

Hi, you don’t need to purchase slider revolution subscription.
You need to download the latest version of the theme from themeforest and update both the theme and the Revolution slider (use the version of the revslider included with the theme).

Hello, to achieve that you can create several room listing pages (like Rooms 3 Columns in the demo example) that will display different rooms for each of your hotel branches.

Hi, I’ve sent the reply on the same day (Feb 25) but you didn’t reply back so I though that you’ve already fixed the issue.
You’re having this issue because the layout of Revolution slider was changed in the latest version. You need to update the theme to the latest version to fix this issue. I can also apply needed changes directly in case you have some custom theme file modifications. Please send a link to your website with your WordPress and password to my email.

I have not had a response. I use GSuite for email and don’t have an email in my SPAM either. We also have a full license of revolution slider and are on the latest version. This is why the slider is not working on the page (due to the layout changes). The problem is that when I upgrade the theme it breaks the site. As I didn’t build the site myself I’m not sure if there are changes to the way the custom post types are created or if the previous developer made changes in the main theme rather than using a child theme as, as soon as we upgrade the theme the custom post type disappear. I can see them in the code of the current version we have and they are not in the new version. They do however look to be part of the site as the revolve around rooms etc.Do you perhaps have the current version we are using that you can send me so I can compare the files? The version on the site is 1.2.

If you didn’t make any changes in the theme files code and will update the theme properly you won’t lose any content of your website.

Try to download the latest version of the theme from themeforest and then manually upload it to your wordpress/wp-content/themes/wpnation folder (don’t forget to backup the old version just in case).

Hi, here’s the steps to update the revslider to the latest version:
1. Download the latest version of the theme from themeforest, find revliser.zip archive inside wpnation/plugins folder and extract it.
2. Visit your Dashboard WordPress > Plugins and deactivate Revolution slider plugin
3. Open wordpress/wp-content/plugins/ folder through FTP on your web-server, find revslider folder inside. First back this folder it up (in case something bad happens during update) and then remove it.
4. Move revslider folder you’ve extracted at the step 1 to your wordpress/wp-content/plugins/
5. Visit Dashboard WordPress > Plugins and activate Revolution slider plugin. It should have update version if you’ve made everything correct.

I Downloaded the latest version of the theme (1.2?) from themeforest, I found revliser.zip archive.I can’t upload this folder like a zip. When I Click on it and I try to upload it, the folder opens(whitout upload) and show me the content inside like like admin, backup, contents, languages, public, index, etc.
I was also trying to update the plugin Visiting Dashboard WordPress > Plugins and Revolution slider plugin, but i Have username, Envato api key, but I don’t have purchase code. I was putting the purchase code of the theme but doesn’t work.

Hi, i think i solve this issue, please Ray, let us know if is it ok like this. Enter to the wp-content/plugins-nation-booking folder and edit the file nation-booking.php then in th line 272 add this code <option <?php if ( $year == 2020 ) { echo ‘selected=”selected”’; } ?> value=’2020’>2020</option>
now 2020 year appears in the Availability/Price section of nation booking system plugin. Ray this is ok or we have to do another actions?

We noticed that a high load is being shown on the server while accessing the reservation page, That itself will result in the server load to increase for a period of time and if there are multiple visits at once, that will exacerbate the issue even further.
