No, currently the theme does not have Woocommerce integration.
Shame. This is the closest I have found to what I want. But without WooCommerce, then I can’t move forward.
You can check the HTML version it has ecom layouts, I can help you convert and integrate WooCommerce into the theme.
I wish I had the money to hire and convert, but I am looking for a simple swap out solution. It’s a nice theme. Maybe you should consider doing a WooCommerce conversion. You’d make loads of sale.
That’s ok. Maybe in the future will add WooCommerce basic support.

Hi, I was trying to install the Slider Revolution but the plugin installation always fails and the error message is as such: Destination folder already exists. /home/fmff9878r6cw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/

you have a folder called revslider on your host in the wordpress plugins folder. You need to login via FTP and delete that folder manually then, try installing the SR plugin again.
The path to the folder is: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/

Ok got it thank you. I have 2 more questions, (1) there is a spelling error, when I click on the search button it shows “type SERACH term…” how do I change this spelling error? (2) on the mobile interface, in the menu panel there is “Definity multi-purpose Wordpress theme” how do I remove this?
1. This will be fixed in the next update. To fix it yourself manually find the file from the theme: definity/template-parts/nav/searchform-nav.php there you can fix the typo;
2. You can do this from settings the Dashboard > Theme Options panel;

the anim. dots where not meant to be changed, their code is minimized and located in the anim-dots.js file. With that being said, you can open that file, do a seach for “rgb” or “rgba” and add your own color.

Hi, I have a problem with all bundle slider. After first installation uploaded images used with demo sliders disappear and a black background appears! What’s going wrong?

there is no “all bundle slider”, each slider is a separate zip file and they are located: main folder > assets > slider revolution > exports.
Also, there is a help file that comes with the theme that explains who to setup the theme and the sliders, so be sure to check it out.

Hello, I try to install the theme, I follow all the steps of the manual, in step 3 image 2 that explains how to import the demo, it does not work, I do the steps and when I click on “Import From File” I do not skip a window to select the file , and if I select “Impor from url” (having previously uploaded the file) nothing matters. My version of Wordpress is 5.3.2. Can you check it out? Thank you

Good morning,
I recently updated my website to Definity WP 2.4. The update went well with no major issue. My portfolio was outdated (using the deprecated version) so I updated it to fit with the version 2.4. I applied filter to all the portfolio items and selected the correct slug on the portfolio widget. (Separating each one of them by a ” , “)
Problem is that the filters refused to work ?
I followed the steps in the documentation and on the portfolio widget but nothing change. When i click on a filter, everything disappear. Am I doing something wrong ?

the most common problem with the portfolio is if you have miss-match with your id’s and filters.
Be sure to follow the guide in help file how to setup the filters.

Having to install a plugin to translate just ONE word doesn’t seem very keen… You should ad that word in theme settings so that the user can choose whatever word he wants…
If you don’t want to use plugin, you can write custom function to change the search word, something like: if language equals Spanish, then show ‘search in Spanish’.

we use the Definity theme for a website in a WP multisite environment. But the built-in Visual Composer of your theme seems to conflict with the paid version of WPBakery Page Builder we use for other websites in this multisite. This leads to just blank sites in “Edit Mode”. Is there a way to use both plugins simultaneously?

there is no build-in Visual Composer anywhere. The theme comes with a bundled premium plugins: WP Bakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution (that are not free and they use special developer licenses, so you don’t have to pay extra for the plugins).
The WP Bakery Page Builder plugin that comes bundled with the theme is the plugin that you need to use if you want the features of the theme to be available. This is the same plugin that is sold here on Envato, and you don’t need to buy it again.

thanks for your reply. I didn’t mean the plugin to be built-in but included in your theme.
The problem still is: After installing your theme, importing the “Consulting” demo content and trying to edit the “Consulting” page, all I see is a blank editing window. And you only can choose between “Visual” and “Text” edit modes, there is no Page Builder mode and no demo content at all.
If the bundled WP Bakery Page Builder conflicts with other plugin/s disable the other plugins. You can’t run two page builder plugins from WP Bakery at the same time.

I’m sorry I have to write you again, Viktor, but still there is no solution in sight. 
Acutally, there was no second Page Builder and/or Slider Revolution, it looks like the installation of your theme overwrote the existing ones. That seems to cause the “blank edit window” problem.
We now deinstalled your theme and all related plugins, deleted the site (within the multisite) that used the theme and set up a completely new one with the same name. Even now we only see a blank editing window.
What is your suggestion? Do you want to look at the details on your own? We could send you some login information via mail. Thanks in advance for your help!

I’ve just tested the theme on brand new WP installation, there is no problems at all.
Please follow this steps:
1. Install the theme;
2. Install and activate all the required plugins from the alert message that will show;
3. When creating/editing a page – set the template to “Visual Composer” from Page Attributes > Template;
4. Click the blue button WPBakery Page Builder in the editor (it will switch to the old editor);
5. Click the + to add elements, and that’s it.
Also import the demo pages if you don’t want to start from 0.

The theme comes with all the demo pages and sliders, you should import the sliders from v1 (full screen video) and just replace the video and the text.
The theme uses Slider Revolution for its sliders (it comes bundled with the theme).

Hi I am trying tro translate the Theme. I created a translation file using Poedit. For some reason, some words don’t get translated. (like ‘older posts’, ‘next posts’ etc). The configurantion of the site is set to pt-BR. The files are located at: wp-content\languages\themes\definity-pt_BR.mo and wp-content\languages\themes\definity-pt_BR.po. I searched and asked the questions to this problem in foruns, stackoverflow etc.I had no success. Some people suggested that this problem could be theme specific, that´s why I am asking here. Thanks

the translation feature of the theme is tested with the WPML plugin and there is XML file create for that plugin that contains all the translatable strings, that file is located in the theme root.
Try to see if there is an options from the backend > theme options > blog – to change those exact strings that you’ve pointed out.

I am wondering if it is possible to add more text to the portfolio item of the portfolio grid. I wanted to give more of a description than allowed by the subtitle. Ideally, if I could click on the expand arrows and have a slice of the image with some white space below for a description of the category/portfolio item.

To extend or modify the portfolio subtitle you need to modify the theme files and styles. There are multiple portfolio options available and show in the theme demo here.
Hi, I bought the theme mainly because my client wanted the blog layout horizontally. To my surprise, this layout is not available in the theme options. How can i get this layout? Thanks.

I don’t quite get what blog layout are you referring to.
The link is from the preview page of the theme that list it’s features, there is no blogs there, only simple landing page for the theme?
In the link above, that page has a section whose title is “Blog Layouts” and below there are 8 layout options. I bought the theme because of the last 2 layouts. However in the theme options there aren’t these 2 layout options.
Here is a link to the last two layouts – they are not horizontal, they are simply large.
Here is the last layout – link, the other is the same but with sidebar left.
I understand. The last two blog layouts are a litlle misleading, though. In this example the height is bigger than the width, and takes almost the whole screen. It is not the same as the layouts represented by the last 2 options which seem horizontal. As I said before, the main reason I bought the theme was these last two blog layout options. It was a client top demand.
Sorry for the misunderstanding but nowhere in the theme a horizontal blog layout is mentioned, also all blog layouts have previews in the theme demos.

For the bg video in the CTA column, I have the video when you click the play button but the bg video is just showing a gray box. I choose the bg video in the column settings as the background but nothing shows up. What am I missing?

I can’t tell what you are missing without looking at your backend, maybe you are not adding the actual video?
Good solution for this is to install the demo where there is a background videos (demos-v1.0) find that page and look how it is setup there.
