All the plugins installed are the ones provided with your theme. Already reviewed other Wordpress instances installed on the same server and no one was affected, only this one.

2) Always update the latest version of theme, wordpress and plugins.

I created my Home Page using, as you suggested, the Landing Page template. I have customized my page with everything I need but in visualization the page continues to show, after my sections and modules, all the content of your demo landing page (which I can’t understand where it comes from, since it is not visible even in the code).
In the following image you can see which is the last object that I inserted in my Landing Page: https://prnt.sc/rfv1e4.

I also tried to create a totally new page with the Landing page template and, without adding anything, the objects and sections of your demo are always shown even if the page appears empty in design with all the available editors.

I am using LMS Child Builder and I ask you:
(1) how can I set the link to an object inside the same page, in an Icon Box Module, so that the page itself scrolls to the linked point?
(2) How can I insert an image into a column? If the Image object is the one present in the Add Module -> WP Widget, how should the different attributes be configured and, in particular, those that refer to urls and links?
In general where can I find (hoping that it exists!) the complete documentation relating to the use of all the Modules and the configuration of all the different attributes that can be added in LMS Builder?

Yes, In our theme we have used “Shortcode builder” and “Page builder” refer https://prnt.sc/relui9. “Visual composer” https://prnt.sc/reluv7 builder works only newly created page and also you can use only default modules of this plugin, not our theme shortcode.
You better go with our kalvi theme (This is our advanced of LMS theme). In this theme we have used “Visual composer” plugin to build our theme content and also easy to use.

Right thelooch, I agree and you are absolutely right! Bad theme quality and even worse quality of support (if I could give less than a star I would do it!). Not to mention the documentation: poorly written and insufficient! I also have the same problem with anchors and scrolling the menu that DOES NOT WORK (in addition to all the other problems that I have already reported to you). And stop asking for the credentials to fix everything you do mediocre: we paid for your theme and your support and the things that don’t work you have to fix them in the theme and not on the individual sites of the various people because the same problem probably exists so many other people have it. If you really can’t work well at least be correct and transparent. I await ASAP information on how to make the anchors work and the menu scrolling. Thank you!

ISSUE 1: It is not possible to modify some pages (for example the HOME of the LMS theme) using LMS Child Builder which was possible until some time ago. It seems that some pages are editable only by code (I send you an email with the image attached). Wordpress is especially useful for those who are not technicians to be able to make changes independently: it seems absurd and useless to create pages in this way.
ISSUE 2: In your Home Demo (https://lmstheme.wpengine.com/) the shortcodes (Menu Shortcode) that were previously visible are no longer visible (I send you an email with the image attached).
