Hi, im trying to add multiple filter modules on the category page.. all the filter options on the left hand sidebar.. but manufacturer filter on the content top area.. but content top filters not working. instead of posting the request, it url gets changed like this: ```https://www.domain.com/cameras/cameras-chargers,https://www.domain.com/cameras/cameras-chargers?fm=44```
it should have just added ?fm=44 in the main url.

Hi there,
quick question regarding classic header with Main menu 2 on top. When the menu item has a mega menu set with max-width let say 300px and drop down center it not behave in the corresponding settings. When assign the menu item back to menu bar – its okay. On top position is always according to the whole header width and the dropdown triangle is also not properly shown. I have tested on more then one store. Could you please check and confirm is it only on my side, or its a bug?

Hi, unfortunately that position does support all the functions available in the menu bar. That position is only meant for simple menu items without complex dropdowns.
At this time we don’t have full coverage of all the dropdown functions for the main menu in that position.

I was using custom fonts from Icomoon and they stopped working.
The icons that were already selected work well, but I can no longer find them in the search for icons in the Journal panel, they are no longer displayed. I checked the webfonts file, and all of my custom fonts are there in the icomoon files.
I hope for some tip!

Hi, I uploaded custom font (proxima nova) exactly as shown on you docs, english works fine but my native language (Greek) does not display (Greek works with proxima on web and pc). Is there a solution to this?

Hi, I had opencart v2 with journal 2 previously.. i recently updated my opencart version as well as installed the version 3 of journal theme as well.. now i see 2 journal theme settings.. journal 2 as well as version 3 are both active.. how to solve that? also, i had a custom build checkout module previously but now i want to use quick checkout from journal 3 but no matter what settings i use, i keep getting errors.. Can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Hi, please reupload all Opencart files to your server, clear modifications folder and then upload Journal 3 files and it should work (also, remove system/da_journal2.ocmod.xml before refreshing Opencart modifications).

Hi, we have a custom Notification module which can be used to display text such as cookie policy. This is not a dedicated GRPD module, just a simple notification module which can be seen throughout our demos.
Unfortunately we don’t provide customization or installation support but should you have any trouble installing the theme and exporting a demo we can assist you with that on our support page.

also since this is the 1st time i will use opencart, is there any simple way in admin where i can select the theme of my homebase based on your demo? For example i like the DEMO 2 but i like as well the DEMO 5. is it easy for me as non IT person to migrate from one to other? Do you offer demo credentials of its admin panel?

You can change demos by importing a different one, you have admin access to all of them, user/pass: demo/demo

opencart is not so secure like other platform e.g magento. Im asking to see the measures you took for this and any plug in you have include in the theme for this

As in your demo, the red background top bar has 3 positions, the left (social icons) , the midde (Free shipping over $100) and the right (currency).

The site overlay does not seem to be compatible with RTL at this time. Try to disable it in Journal > Header > Classic > Main Menu > Site Overlay > Status > OFF.

At earlier versions of Journal3 theme it was possible to add the “Extra modules” content to the product tabs. I can’t find how to do that anymore. Is that feature removed?
Hi, in Journal 3 the extra tabs can themselves be used as tabs. The Product Tabs module is just a more direct way of creating tabs but you can use the Extra Modules for the same purpose. This in turn requires the Blocks module to display various product data like Description, Specs or Reviews, but you can also add any other module in the extra modules.

Hello Question before purchase.
So i been reading about what this theme offers with the demo imports which my industry is completely different level so my question is.
If i created my own categories, products, etc already will all that information apply to Journal Theme In Opencart once i install it and activate it.
Will i be able to change colors like header, topbar, etc.
Hi, your product catalog stays the same, just don’t include catalog date in your demo export, so that you keep yours and only import the demo design.
