Hello, something strange that I had already brought up and for which unfortunately the support could not find a solution. I have two sites where the problem arises: ecogite-auvergne.fr and gite-chambon.fr.
Each time the home page is modified (eg adding a customer testimonial), a “Quotes” component area is added as a duplicate at the bottom of the page: “Name” / “Click here to change this text”.
Which forces me to have to delete them manually each time.

To activate a slider there is a need to use its purchase code. You don’t need a purchase code to make your slider work – it is needed to achieve automatic updates. Hello, I need advice regarding BOOK NOW header Button. Namely, in the English version (we use WPML) button leads to the old link even though a new one is entered. In Croatian version is ok, and English isn’t. Is it possible that the old link is somewhere else, and not just under Theme Settings – General – Header (someone else did this page for my client). The issue you have may be caused by a browser or server cache. To clear cache in Chrome browser you can push Ctrl + F5 or press F12, right-click on “reload page” and click “Empty cache and hard reload”.

Ninja forms plugin is a plugin for contact forms creation. Once the form is filled it is sent to your e-mail simply as a message so that you can see information added by a user. A user can send you a message but he can’t automatically make a reservation or pay using the plugin. You can use some other plugin for the purpose, we just can’t recommend you any because we didn’t test third-party plugins functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee their compatibility, appreciate your understanding.

Please make sure to use current theme version that is available for download on Themeforest in order to avoid possible issues with the theme functioning. To update the theme please download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as hotel-lux/hotel-lux). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “hotel-lux -old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Please don’t forget to update plugins in case it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated. Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

In case you modified theme files your customization won’t be used when the theme is updated though if you add custom codes to the appropriate fields via WordPress admin panel or in case you use child theme, theme update won’t influence these modifications.
If you modified theme files it is recommended to back up theme version you use so that you can move your customization to the updated theme version.
Theme update won’t influence the content you added – there will be no need to add content once again.
