Hi! I use both the Pro and Free Phlox for some of my customers. Got a problem when updating to the 2.5.4 and before that to 2.5.3 version. It causes problems in the Wordpress WIDGET admin area.

Installing for exaple the Free Phlox 2.5.4 as a clean install works, but the problems comes when updating already installed olders Phlox.

Have posted a ticket on my problem already 8 days ago…NO ANSWERS AT ALL from support. Are your support team in quarantine because of the Corona virus? Support seems to have expired 2 days ago, but I started my ticket before that!!!!

I have two tickets open and am not getting responses. Do I need to request a refund or is someone going to be taking care of these issues? Clearly based on the other recent comments here the Phlox team is not keeping up with support tickets.

Both http://help.averta.net and https://phlox.pro/ are down so installing demos or other things won’t work

Yesterday i opened a ticket for an error installing phlox plugins, i got responded asking for credentials but i haven’t heard any more …

They have installed the plugins for me and will issue and update for everyone else

Do you get access to all the templates, images and icons shown in the demos? Also, can I use one page from the “Green Business template” and another page from Mobile App template” inside the same site?

Hi there, About the demos yes you have access, about the images no, since they have licensed protection they used with water marks in demos or templates. We recommend to import demo in a clean WP. But on our templates kit, there are some sections of demos that you can use. So it depends to the demo but if you want to know 1 page from one demo another page from another demo. no you cannot , only some sections of demos are on template kit
