Hi, is there any option to register the theme with Item Purchase Code. Do i need it to do or should i leave it. Each of the premium plugin keep asking to enter the key. Is there any solution for it?

When you get the updated plugin. Please remove your old plugin and reinstall the plugin. Hope that your problem will be solved.

When will you get back to us on the ticket?? You replied, saying that you fixed everything for us, BUT YOU HAVEN’T! Have you even tested your updates?? You fix something on desktop and it breaks on mobile (and vice versa). All the points you said that you addressed are still there. The support is really bad. They reply after a while sending an automated text (saying that its weekend and they are not working bla bla) – which is not true! Find our ticket, solve the issues, TEST them and then reply that you have fixed the issues!!!! Very Very bad support! This has been going on for a while

Hi there. I bought your theme in 2018 and I’m very happy with it. Didn’t need any support what so ever. But now, I’ve found a small bug. On my blog page the button ‘load more’ doesn’t work. It only works when I’m logged in WP. Our website runs on the latest WP version and all plugins are up to date. How can we fix this bug? I purchased this theme 2 years ago. Everything is great except WP Bakery is now not working. The wp bakery backend editor shows blank but when i go to the classic editor I see the code. I cant make changes or create new pages. WP Bakery plugin has an update. How can I get the updated plugin? Your support page wont let me post a ticket because it says my support expired. Hi there. We bought the Cynic theme 2 years ago. We just migrated our website to another webhosting and everything is working fine, except WP Bakery. When trying to edit a page via front end, it keeps loading and when it’s loaded, we can not do anything. It this a common problem after a website migration? What are some possible solutions?

Hello. Very nice theme first of all. Illustrated One Page Agency demo doesn’t shows correctly at mobile’s version. Also when you import it from the demo content. I found a solution until you fix it, just in case is useful for someone: Install Illustrated Small Digital Agency demo content that is basically the same, go to Customize – General Settings – Theme Layout and set One page, this will keep the theme layout although it won’t change the main menu (another bug) so then install again Illustrated One Page Agency demo content and it will work perfectly.
