As a temporary solution all that have the same issue just install plugin jQuery Migrate Helper and will temporary fix all backend errors.

Hi. I upgradet my Wordpress to 5.5 and now it is written that Your theme (Ciao Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. When comes out the new Ciao version compatible with the new Woocommerce and Wordpress 5.5?

After updating to the latest wocommerce I keep getting a lot of undefined is not a function in load-scripts, wp-color-picker-alpha.min.js, postbox.min.js, nav-menu.js and etc. When will you be updating the theme to a later version ?

HEY!! Concerning the Product Pages, when you scroll the sticky footer bar pops up that has the “Add to Cart” button. Are we able to turn this off if we want? Great feature but we may not want to have it there. PLEASE LET ME KNOW if the theme settings enable this. Thanks!

Hello. CLEVERSWATCHES dont wark on mobile. I have 5 varaions for example and in the last two dont work. When you push the last variation, it is going up and down quickly and you cannot see what is says. And also I have zero avelaibility at the last two and the customer can order normaly. This is happening only in mobile. At the desktop version it is working very good. Please help.

hi, i want to buy cerato, anon or ciao theme. on theme forest description show that any of the themes has 3 paginations options. i need to confirm this point urgently. i check the code o the theme a an ajax function (jquery ias based) exists but jquery ias is not included on assests or script folders.

1. Could you please help me verify if it is possible or not to use the 3 different paginations on shop pages? In the info about the theme, you write it is possible to use three pagination types: Load More Button, Infinite Scrolling and Classic Pagination. If this is not the case, I think it is very misleading information.

2. In your demo, you have “Add to cart” in the bottom (hover). I cannot get it there only “Quick view”.

Hu Author, thank you for such a beautiful theme. We set it up in 35 minutes just like your demo, easy and smooth as. we have 3 issues if you could please find us a solution to: 1. Real time visitors showing more than the maximum we set up. 2. Ask about this product link, after submitting it returning not found, it should redirect to the same page with a message saying thank you, or to a different page. 3. Recently viewed product under product page showing in full width even though we set it up to 4×4 col. grid. Thanks.
