Hello, it’s a pre-sale question. If I would like just to display a listings’ submission form without choosing a customer any paying plan, it would be free to submit for listings, is it possible with your theme? In other words, a user on website sees a submission form, fills it and sends it. And an administrator of a site manages those submissions. Thanks. No logins for the user is needed. Is it possible to do this way with your theme?

Yes, it’s possible to use our theme without any payment packages as free listings. The new listing can be set as “pending” or “publish”.
However, all the users need to login to submit listings. The listings need a user id.

You didn’t lose your 24 hours. Becuase we did the settings.. Check the screenshots. You didn’t change any settings which provide on the initial doc. We visited your site and did that.
It was not also true that we gave you enough description and you didn’t do any. We did within 24 hours. ( earlier than that. Check the screenshot )

With the new version of the theme can I use tabs in the text area of the listing body?
Could I have for example three tabs that display different content in the listing text area. Could have general description text in one tab, Photos and videos in another tab, and comments, etc.in another tab.

We don’t have the sample for it. You can use elementor widgets in listing content. We recommend you to use textarea for it. Because layout widgets can’t be working in the content as it’s already in a section.

1. It depends on how you add. Our theme is basically provided text area field.
2. Unfortunately we don’t have the option. But users can send messages via buddypress.
3. Unfortunately, we don’t have it. Users can write ( post ) posts. But it’s for the site. It’s not linked to listings.

I purchased your theme few years back. Now I am planning to use it for listing the ladies hostels in my area. I don’t have time and resource to collect the data and feed into my portal. My plan is to approach an hostel and if they are willing to list their hostel in my portal, I just want to generate a link and send them an email. The hostel owner just needs to clik the link which I had sent him. A page needs to get opened for that hostel owner to add details about his hostel including the photos , working hours, features etc. Upon submission, that hostel needs to get automatically listing my portal. In future if that owner wants to update, they can use the same link to update. Is this feature is available in this wordpress theme ?

We don’t have the link generation option. you can send the real url to your clients. But we don’t have the option to edit by the link. You need to customize it if you need. You can also talk to our customization team if you need. See the link on this comment.

Hi Rob – in response to your reply to my comment on here yesterday, I am now re-posting it using the account I used to purchase the theme Javo Directory. I posted the support ticket on your support site on Thursday but haven’t yet received a reply.
After purchasing this theme, I have had so many problems. I have raised a support ticket with you but have still had no reply from you. I purchased and installed the theme, but the demos did not install correctly and no media has been installed even though I ticked the box to allow media to install. When I tried to manually install the XML demo data from your website instead, it says your page is down. Also, when trying to load items in Elementor from the theme, it now freezes everytime I try to drag an item onto the page. I have spent the past three days trying to make it work but have had nothing but problems, with no support or anyone to help me which was advertised as being included with the purchase? The theme is unusable, it won’t stop freezing.

Where main categories will be by business type and location will be by shipping country, and every business type can have more than 1 shipping country. It’s based on Google map. However you can use it without the real address. You might need to use “list” style only ( without maps ).
